The location is a 10 for our family! We loved the house and will definitely rent it again! It was clean and came with everything we needed. We loved that there was beach chairs and boogie boards on the deck to borrow. The chairs and boogie boards could use an upgrade but they worked. We donated a new boogie board to the house. A/C worked amazing even on the 100 degree days we got. Views from the master bathroom were an added bonus! Beds were extra comfortable too! All in all a fantastic rental and stay!

Great home for my family of 8! Beach access and view is the absolute best. Belmont park is a good night cap for the kids!

We loved falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean! (And a beach Zamboni at 5:30am lol, but fell back asleep from the relaxing waves). Lovely condo, exactly as pictured. Perfect location for us to stay at for our daughter’s graduation from SDSU. We plan to go back!

We could stare right out to the beach for hours on end. Lots of room, well equipped kitchen, and did I mention THE VIEW. We hope to be back as soon as possible.

Wonderful location with a family of four wild boys. It was wonderful to sit on the patio and watch them play in the sand right outside the door. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of space for our big family, kitchen was well stocked with nice new amenities, enough towels for everyone and a washer and dryer in the garage was very helpful. The skylight in the bathroom was my only concern. It was pretty bright really early in the morning and no way to block the light. But that’s just because I’m a cave person and love the pitch black. Thanks for hosting us!!

Everything was great. The views were amazing. The house was beautifully remodeled and decorated. It did have a musty smell when checking in but I believe that was from the air conditioning being shut off; after that was turned on it was perfectly fine. The garage door opener stopped working despite the battery but we got a response back within the hour to help us get to our vehicle. It would be nice to have a laundry basket to do laundry ( I used the beach towel basket). All other amenities were sufficient!

We had beautiful stay. Could have been bit cleaner. Few items did not work, garbage disposal, freezer did leak by time we left, even though they had workman there previously

Wonderful stay

We loved everything about this home, including the location and rental agency. They were easy to communicate with and very quick to respond. View was amazing and much better in person. Enjoyed people watching from the deck and restaurants were an easy stroll away. Home felt very clean and was nice to have good quality kitchen supplies. Great stay for families. We already booked our next return.

The response time over text was great. However, I didn't like being bothered about having to be home to get the trash bins out. There's got to be a better way to do it. I was out to dinner with my family and the disruption was unwelcome.

What A Mission

One of the houses I saw in November, when I visited and I was actually able to stay here. Loved it so much I tried to rent it again this coming November. I did not work, but I am happy with the experience.

Great location

Amazing location near Belmont Park and ocean front. Amenities in the home were everything we could have needed though we were happy to have our own beach chairs as the ones provided were a bit rusty. The construction nearby wasn’t an issue at all. Be aware that the garage space is tight - we couldn’t fit our Sienna and parked on the street.

Best Location

Everything was great. Only thing really needing attention is security. Easy to open the stairway gates without the code and no way to lock the sliders when you step out to the beach.
