Welcome to 46 Water Oak Villa, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, open living area with a large flat-screen TV, and sliding doors leading to the patio area for seamless indoor-outdoor living. A half bath off the living room adds extra convenience. The back deck overlooks Water Oak's private pool, creating an ideal spot for alfresco dining and grilling.

The main floor master suite features a full and queen bed, while upstairs offers a king master and a guest room with a full and queen bed. Good house, great location

This house is located in a great and beautiful neighborhood, nearby all the great attractions of the island. Consider renting a cart to take all the beach gear to the beach, it’s a good 10min walk, but totally worth it!!

great stay in HHI

it was as advertised. We were happy to find it, so close to the booking dates. beautiful neighborhood, not too far to the beach, next door to pool. unit was nice, tidy, comfortable. Only complaint was that kitchen, dining room, and gathering rooms were all small.

Great accommodations. Resort staff very attentive to our comfort. Villa was clean and ready for arrival. Well stocked kitchen, (utensils, etc.) Plenty of room to stretch-out. Clear instructions and guidelines to make stay pleasurable along with ease of departure made the weekend worry-free. Looking forward to future booking.

Wonderful Place

Our family had a wonderful time staying here. We had everything we needed, from plenty of dishes, extra towels and linens. The owners really did think of everything. It was really nice having an in-unit washer/dryer too. Short bike ride to beach was just a few minutes. Great communication and prompt response with a minor issue that was resolved quickly! We would stay here again!

A Great Trip!

We enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was fully equipped. Stocked outdoor closet w buggy & chairs. Pool directly in back yard. 8 minute walk to beach access! Fit 8 of us comfortably. Extra bathrooms were great after a long day at beach. Four AC units, fans kept us cool! Easy trash collection! We would definitely recommend.

Overall very nice!

Great communication when I had questions during our stay, responses were quick. I felt property was attentive to our needs. It was a little further walk than I was anticipating to beach access. The property itself was very clean, yet the bedroom downstairs had so much stuff piled up in the closet, it was difficult to utilize it. I consider these very minor details, and it would not keep me from staying here again. We love Hilton Head and had an amazing time!

Good location, pool were fun, pretty good size house for a family of 5 adults and 5 children. Horrible smell when we first walked in. Cockroaches in the bedroom and ON THE BED! comforter and bed sheet was not very clean either. Not sure if I will stay there again.

We tend to see more bugs with the influx of rain. I called the exterminator and scheduled an extra service call.

Problems with AC

Easy access to pool. Beach was further than advertised. Our upstairs bedroom was hot and damp. Water dripped from bathroom ceiling. The door code was inactivated before 10am checkout.

Our stay there was wonderful...

We were visiting for a wedding in another city; we wanted to spend some family time with all of our family attending the wedding which included 4 kids between 2 and 8. Grandparents too. The space is big enough for all us which was a group of 5 adults and 4 kids. The outdoor pool connected to the villas was probably the best part of the location because the kids could swim and be back at the villa within seconds. The villa included an outdoor table patio for eating or relaxing after a swim. In addition, you have the resort area which has beautiful beaches. It is a nice beach town. I would recommend this spot to others. I wish the owner here had 2 villas in the same spot because we would have a bigger gathering with a few more family members. The space was clean, beachy feel, and enjoyable.

Great place to enjoy Hilton Head!

We had a family of 7 staying in the house and it was perfect for us! My uncle was next door and my aunt and cousins nearby! We were right by the pool which was so nice! The place is a little walk from the beach but unless you are staying right on the beach, this is the next best thing. The beach access shortcut is not too far and we walked it or we were able to drive everyone down and then we rode a bike to the beach - then my husband would take the bike to get the truck to haul all our stuff back. We did get 2 free bikes with our rental as well as 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas. The bikes were really useful and fun to ride, you can ride to the main road or we enjoyed riding around the dunes and to the little store. We actually had dinner at the gold course one night and it was delish! The little store is cute and has a few necessities and lots of candy and trinkets! We got our water up there. The house was clean, and I will say - the master bedroom had THE MOST COMFORTABLE BED we have eve slept in on vacation. It was lovely. The air was cold, the kitchen had everything we needed but we didn't really cook much. We loved our time here and thank you so much for the hospilality!

Nice size and location

First impression was good except the sheets were dirty on the beds in 2 rooms. I ended up washing the sheets at 10 pm before going to bed after driving 11 hours. Left a question about the cleanliness otherwise and upon inspection, there needs to be a deep clean of the lamps, behind the TVs, dressers, etc. The kitchen and bathrooms were (appeared)clean and were updated. When I called the next day to report the dirty linens and dust, I didn’t get an apology or anything. Just an offer to have the cleaning company come out. Which would normally be good, if they actually clean but by then, I didn’t feel comfortable and didn’t want service w covid. The pool was closed the week we were there (not sure why as we would have used it on the 75-80 degree days. The location was really quiet and nice easy walk to the beach - nice to bike around the plantation too. Overall HHI is a great place for vacation but I wouldn’t rent from this agency again.

Highly recommended!

My family of 9 spent last week at this villa, and beginning with booking questions/ concerns to a smooth departure we were supported every step of the way! The property manager was quick to respond to all questions and even stopped by with donuts to welcome us! We were all very pleased with her service. There were informational pamphlets for us to browse, games to play, and tv's in every room! We also received emails with helpful hints of things to do/places to eat, etc. when we booked. The villa was exactly as promised and had plenty of room for all of us! The bathroom for each bedroom was extremely beneficial! The villa was clean and had everything we needed and then some! The beach towels provided for us were helpful and the washer/dryer was a must have when seeking a week long vacation rental. The pool out back was just a few steps from the door and was kept clean throughout our stay. The beach is a short walk (about 10 minutes) from the villa. We chose to rent bikes and/or hop in the car to drive to the beach though since we were taking chairs/toys/tent, etc. (We were even surprised to see a few beach toys left for us to use.) The entire resort of Palmetto Dunes was centrally located to everything we wanted to see/do. I would highly recommend this villa, as well as this property manager for anyone looking for a vacation rental in Hilton Head. We had a wonderful time and will remember our first visit to Hilton Head fondly!

Fabulous Place

Roomy, clean and well-stocked kitchen. Beach chairs and sand toys. Great pool and 12 minute walk to beach. All mattresses are FANTASTIC! Plenty of hot water for 6 showers. A/C kept house comfortable while temps were in mid 90’s.

Great condo

The condo was the perfect size for our party of five. It was clean and conveniently located. I rented bikes, and my four kids rode freely all over the property. I look forward to staying here again.

Great family vacation

We have vacationed in Hilton Head on a number of occasions and must say these accommodations were perfect for our family. Close location to the pool was very nice. Location to the beach was manageable (5 minutes) . The furnishings and cleanliness was excellent. We enjoyed this beautiful location because of its quietness and close proximity to shops, beach, restaurants. We would definitely come back to this same unit in the future.

Great place for family trip!

The home is well maintained and very conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. The pool is right outside the door. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward returning!
