This over 3000 square foot home features four bedrooms and three bathrooms sleeping up to 12. With this spacious home you will find a great driveway for parking even a large boat. From the driveway your vacation begins as you go up the steps to a large entertaining deck to the entry door where you will spend much time enjoying your favorite beverages. Entering the home you walk through the foyer to the large living room that boasts a large Smart TV with Wi Fi so make sure to have your Netflix, Hulu etc. passwords. There are two A/C and heating unit to keep you comfortable during your stay, along with a whole house fan. To the right of the living room is the dining area and kitchen. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops with two separate sinks, refrigerator with ice maker, stove, double ovens, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishware, glassware, and utensils for twelve. There is a patio directly off the kitchen with your propane BBQ for outdoor grilling. Down the hall off the living room you will find a large master bedroom with a Cal king bed and en-suite bathroom that has a separate shower, jetted tub, and dual sinks. On the other side of the hall there are two more bedrooms and the laundry room. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and the second guest bedroom has a Cal King bed with an adjacent shared bathroom with a shower. Back towards the living room there are stairs that lead down to the lower level forth bedroom with two bunk beds with twin bunks on the top and queen beds on the bottom. There is also a bathroom with shower on this level. This home provides plenty of space for you, your friends, and family to have a memorable vacation. It’s also very convenient for lake access being close to the West Ramp launch and beach area.
