With screened porch and waterfront patio, this coastal retreat's main level offers a living room, dining room, well-equipped eat-in kitchen, half bathroom and a master suite. The top floor is home to a spacious landing and the remaining three bedrooms, including the second master suite, with private sundeck. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 5 TVs, 4 DVDs, gas fireplace, Wifi. Notes: This Sea Colony vacation rental features wood flooring in the living and dining areas and carpet in the bedrooms.

Great stay for a family with young kids

Sea Colony is a great get away for families with young children. We rented this house for our children and grandchildren. The house was very clean and well equipped in the kitchen and for the kids activities. Wonderful Sea Colony stay.

A great experience

This was the second year in a row we rented this home. We were 7 adults. There is plenty of room, spacious kitchen and bedrooms. Three and a half baths and a laundry room we washed our beach towels in. The house is well located near the gym and indoor pool and right around the corner from a pool. Vacasa was very helpful both years we rented and I recommend this home highly.

The spacious kitchen and bedrooms, along with the three and a half baths, provided plenty of room for your group of seven adults. The convenience of having a laundry room to wash your beach towels was a great feature. The home's location near the gym, indoor pool, and another pool around the corner added to the overall convenience and enjoyment of your stay. It's fantastic to hear that Vacasa was very helpful both years you rented, and your high recommendation of this home speaks volumes. Stylish Family Home

We loved the decor and comfort of the furniture and accessories of the home. We liked the fact that the home had two primary bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. We loved the front porch … it was an especially functional place to store beach chairs and toys, plus strollers for the kids. We enjoyed the tranquility, extra parking and the close proximity to the pool and splash garden. Regrettably, due diligence on cleaning was not completed when we arrived. The kitchen refrigerator was dirty as was the stove and pots and pans. Soiled sheets were left on a bed and a walk-in closet was filled with remnants of linens and bedding from prior stays. It was a real turn off and Vacasa’s system did not provide an opportunity to speak directly to anyone regarding these issues. Since in our case a rather high cleaning and maintence fee was tacked on to our rental, our frustration related to the aforementioned conditions was clearly warranted and we did not get to express them to anyone during our stay. Halfway into our stay, the washing machine malfunctioned. Vacasa sent a mechanic two days after the fact who deferred to a local vendor for repairs. The vendor never showed up. By constanly rebooting the machine and manually filling the washer with water for every wash we were able to clean our clothes and beach towels, albeit wasting a considerable amount of time in doing so. Although the home deserves 5 stars, what we had to deal with during our stay decreases our overall rating for this property.

Quiet comfort

Perfect for two families

Loved how spacious this house was. Plenty of room to hang out - a living room overlooking the river, a nice porch, and a big dining table, and still plenty of room for anyone to enjoy some privacy: 2 big masters with nice sized bathrooms and more bedrooms for the kids :)
