Perfect house for our perfect Hilton Head oceanfront vacation! The beach access, ocean views, and pool are what we were looking for, but the clean accommodations, functional layout of the house, and excellent service are what will bring us back!!

House was clean and had everything we needed. It was a comfortable stay with a beautiful view. The activities were a great addition, we added golf and bikes through the vacation homes discount. Coordination was good and the association responded quickly to questions and issues.

Great location with access to all Hilton head areas. Beachfront access was a big plus.

Nice property. Gorgeous oceanfront location and really nice pool. Great space, bedrooms felt clean. Definitely run like a rental property. Beware of 5pm check in.. you’ll receive a text a few days prior to stay offering early check in at 100/ hour. A bit tacky when you’re spending thousands to stay there— feels like a money grab. Would be nice if they provided beach towels as it is a beachfront location. Unreliable internet (& subsequently, tvs)… tried contacting rental management to troubleshoot but they don’t service their locations on weekends (unless emergency), so it was never remedied. Overall, we had a great stay but those few issues really stuck out.

Nicely appointed house with great beach views. Pool filter was not working which lead to lots of time spent cleaning a very dirty pool. Pool heating system didn’t work great either and owner/mgmt charged 1500 to heat the pool for 6 days which is likely egregious (I think that should be adjusted by an estimated weekly cost of propane). Would likely not stay again at those prices.

Great time in Hilton Head

The property couldn't be beat. Having the ocean and pool was the best and was neede with the heat on our August vacation in HHI.

Third year to stay in this home

We have stayed in this home 3 summers, this was the first time with BRBO and I must say the process was much easier and smoother. We love the location and the home in general. It is an older home but the location and beachfront makes it a great summer vacation spot.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Pool suggestions

We had a great stay, but the property would be improved by adding additional area around the pool such as a deck. There was no great place to lay out.

Beach Time

The house has the most amazing view of the ocean! The property was extremely clean. My family of 5 enjoyed the easy access to the beach and spent lots of time in the pool and on the back deck. What could make the house perfect would be adding a platform deck where the lounge chairs are behind the pool. The hill with pine straw is covered with ants and it’s not very inviting. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay in the house and would definitely return!!

The best spot for a family vacation

First off, this home was very clean when we arrived. We didn’t need to clean anything before unpacking, so kudos to your cleaning staff! This home had everything we needed for a fantastic family vacation. The bathrooms were gorgeous and we enjoyed that each room had its own bathroom. The pool and spa were wonderful. The location right on the beach and close to shops was exactly what we were looking for. The management company also responded quickly to questions. The home Alexa was a nice touch! We would highly recommend this property! Thank you for helping make our family vacation very enjoyable!

Pretty Property- good Customer Service

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very pretty and the customer service was great! Hands down the best rental company I have dealt with. There are 2 downsides- the beds are terrible....and the access to the beach is difficult if you are a small child or elderly adult.
