A Gem located in the heart of Scottsdale by Venues, Shopping,

Our Home away from home! This roomy 1437 sq ft Second Story Condo, is a bright and roomy split floor plan with a large balcony and view of one of the pools. We are located in a Quiet Gated Community. Once you enter and go up the stairs the large Primary bedroom and En suite is on the right side and the additional two bedrooms and additional bath on the other side with a roomy living room and kitchen in the middle. We have a 65" Smart TV in the living room, a 55" Smart TV in the Primary bedroom and 50" TV's in the other 2 Bedrooms. There is High Speed Internet throughout the house and cable TV in the Living Room. We offer Garage Parking for 1 Car plus free onsite parking if you have a second car. We are located less than one mile from Old town Scottsdale and Fashion Square Mall. We are 1/2 Mile from Giants Scottsdale Stadium, 11 miles from the Diamond Backs Chase Field, 12 Miles from TCP Scottsdale and 12 miles from West World for Barrett Jackson!! Other golfing is everywhere. Camel Back Mountain for hiking, zoo, aquarium, fun for everyone!

The space was perfect for a gathering of three college friends who graduated way back in the 1990’s! Weather was beautiful, condo was quiet and clean. Location was central to everything we wanted to see and do. The washer and dryer in the unit were an added bonus. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Stella house is a very nice, modern condo close to old town Scottsdale. The three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms worked well for our girls weekend! Highly recommend!

Great layout in the condo with plenty of room. The host is extremely responsive and helpful. Extremely clean home. It IS on the second floor so one must access it via stairs. Quick drive to Old Town area and readily accessible to main streets and highways. Highly recommended!!

This place was perfect for us! Plenty of space and everything was spotless. The owner was a fantastic communicator the entire time. Location is within walking distance to tons of stuff as well.

Scottsdale getaway.

Great place!

This place was exactly what we needed while staying in AZ! The location was perfect; very accessible to the different parts of the city we needed to visit. Very clean with a washer and dryer and a nice kitchen. We'd definitely stay here again!

I'll be staying here again! It's a very nice place!

This place was so nice! I really enjoyed the use of the garage, the living room and each of the 3 bedrooms had very nice large TV's, and the place was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

We are empty Nester's nearing retirement and like to vacation in Arizona. We frequently came for Golf or Spring Training Baseball games and decided to purchase a place of our own instead of using hotels constantly. We are so excited to have this wonderful home away from home to enjoy when we come now. We can just relax at home or go out to eat or go to the casino it's all about options. We look forward to sharing our home with you we know you will love the location and can find lots to do here.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We were so happy to find this Gem in a great location and gated community. We loved the open concept split bedroom floor plan, so we still have our privacy even if we invite friends to stay with us. We Love the location for several reasons: Old Town Scottsdale, shopping, restaurants as well as several venues we frequent are close by. We can always find something to do if we want, or just have a staycation and enjoy the Patio and pool. We want to share our home with others when we aren't enjoying it for ourselves. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This gated community is such a great location and then to find this gem with an open floor plan and nice view from the patio sealed it for us. We love sitting on the patio in the evening and enjoying a beverage and relax after a day of shopping or whatever. Live, Laugh, Relax is what this is all about.
