We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation in Hilton Head. The house was comfortable and well equipped. We loved having the pool and spent a great deal of time swimming each day.

Great house in Sea Pines! The house was very clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and we loved sitting on the enclosed porch. The pool was a nice size and heated! The house is very close to the trolley stop for the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

We are returning vacationers who feel very comfortable here. Everything we need, private heated pool, outdoor lounges, quiet cul de sac, close to beach, great restaurants and nearby grocery shopping. Access to great bike trails. Quick response from owner, all amenities we need. Plan to return again next year!

My family and I had the best time staying in this lovely home for the last 2 weeks. It is warm and inviting and we felt so comfortable. It has everything you need and is in such a great location. The pool was an extra bonus. Donny is very easy to work with and gets back to you instantly with any questions you may have. I highly recommend!

This home was perfect. Close enough to ride our bikes to the Sea Pines Beach Club. The in-ground pool was a big plus as well.

Very clean and comfortable house! Beds were super comfy. Location was fine for us, definitely a good bike ride to the Sea Pines amenities.

Great place to stay. Very clean. Pool is shaded quite a bit but relaxing to jump in after a day at the beach or bike ride. Beds were comfortable. Little room in the back was a great place to sit and read with the fan on. Owner very responsive with any and all communication. We enjoy HH and Sea Pines!

We enjoyed our stay! The property had plenty of space for our family and the kitchen was well stocked. The house was clean. We rented bikes and enjoyed the close proximity to Beach access 44, the stables and Harbortown. Thank you for a lovely vacation rental.

Great House/Location

Our second time staying at 5 Cotton, great house and in a great location at Sea Pines. The house was super clean and the pool is perfect for getting out of the heat! A quick bike ride away from the beach and Harbor Town, but also a quick drive to get out of Sea Pinea, perfect location in a quiet cul de sac! Donny was super commutative and was quick with response's. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Hilton Head.The house was perfect for our family of 4!

loved, loved, loved being here

The neighborhood is very safe which we liked with security of anyone coming and going. The house fit all of our needs, plenty of room to spread out. We loved the porch and ate breakfast there in the morning. The bike path surrounding the area was great! And the pool was spectacular; so, refreshing and clean!!! We loved the communication with Don; he's a great host! Thank you for a magnificent vacation Don.

Peaceful Paradise

Love, love, love this vacation home. Everything we could need or want! Perfect! Clean, well equipped, beautifully designed, comfortable and peaceful. Birds singing, deer walking by, large rabbits, we sat back and enjoyed nature. We will return.

Great experience

Great location! The pool is definitely a bonus while the kids swam and we grilled. The sunroom off the kitchen is a great addition. It gave the adults a place to hang out. Plenty of space. Bathrooms were all updated. The host was exceptional!!

Great space in and out

Great overall stay, not a lot of extras compared to other properties where we've stayed as far as supplies like paper towels and garbage bags, but I understand that is not a burden the homeowner must carry, and the overnight price of the place was very fair considering that. Heated pool was great for kids. Space was lovely, updated and clean.

Cotton Lane for the win! House well stocked from the kitchen to the bedding. Loved the decor of the house. Had all the essential needed. Pool did get just enough sun to tan and cool off after the beach! The neighborhood is quiet and centrally located. Would love to stay again in this house!

Right in the middle of Sea Pines

Like others have said in their reviews the bedrooms get pretty warm, upstairs and main floor. But there were fans available in all of the bedrooms. So keep that in mind. Location I would say was perfect. A 7 minute bike ride gets you to the beach and a 14 minute ride takes you to Harbour Town. The pool was at a perfect temperature. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful house

This house is incredible. The furnishings and decor are really beautiful. The house is incredibly clean. The beds are very comfortable. I cant say enough. We have rented houses for our vacations for 10 years now and this house has the rest beat. The location is great. Its so beautiful in sea pines. I will definately rent this place again!

Great house and location!

We had a such a great time staying here recently! Donny was great and very communicative as well. The house was super clean and as advertised, lots of updates have been done and the heated pool was used daily by the kids. The location of the house was perfect to get around Sea Pines with quick bike rides to Harbour Town and the beach. We had such a great time and loved the house, we will stay here again for sure. No complaints about anything!

Relaxing vaca

House was perfect for our family. Everyone had the space they needed! Short biking distance to beach. Dip in the pool after the beach was the icing on the cake. The only issue we had was that it went too fast!!!
