Enjoy a safe efficient Home on 2 Private Acres of Natural Florida with Pristine Air cleansed every day by Gulf Breezes, Huge Oaks and Sable Palms. It's free of anxiety minutes away to Crystal River area activities and community infrastructure. This Home is adorned in Peace and Harmony. Neighborly Natural wildlife prosper here such as Hawk, Owl, Turkey, Opossum, Armadillo, Raccoon, Squirrel, rabbit, occasional Deer and Otter, and more birds fly around than one can recognize. As the sun rises in the east to open and bless this land so do 40 shades of bright green spread as far as the eye can see inviting flocks of foraging fowl some with red heads and pecking beaks and beautiful kinds seeking this safe place to roost and raise their young. One lives with nature in its prime making new friends with Florida Naturals.
Crystal River area is famous for Kayaking, fishing, diving with Manatees, and water sports. Plenty of room to bring your boat if you wish and we know the secret places to go. Ask about our flats skiff availability. Smoking allowed with $250 refundable security deposit; as long as filters wind up in the fire pit and smoke blows away from living spaces. Only 8 miles of County Road to Dunnellon shopping centers. We go to Walmart and Publix 0600 Sundays to get our vitals and see a few cars on the way.

Great staycation!!

Great experience! The place was impeccably clean. The owners were so hospitable. They cooked us a fabulous home made Asian meal and brought it over to us! Would absolutely recommend and definitely will be back!

Cozy escape surrounded by nature.

First of all, this place is amazing. Rene and Chunfen are great hosts. They are very thoughtful and welcoming. We stayed at Christmas and they had food waiting for us when we arrived along with a Christmas card. The house was very clean. They supplied firewood for the fire pit. It was very quiet and relaxing. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Charming and clean!

My daughter and I stayed for three nights in July 2022. We were welcomed with delicious authentic Chinese dumplings —YUM!! Our hosts were very responsive via text and phone. The space was VERY clean, well maintained, and quiet. The bed is firm. We were close to everything that we wanted to do: Rainbow Springs, Hunter Springs, and Three Sisters Springs. We would recommend this place to others.

Clean, comfortable tiny house in a wooded setting

We met our host Chunfen upon arrival at the gate. She was very personable and kind. She made us authentic Chinese dishes that were delicious! The house was like new, clean and comfortable. We loved the quiet location and used the fire pit on site to relax at night. We paid a reasonable fee for electricity consumption and discarded most of our clean garbage in the fire pit. Bring a propane tank if you want to use the outside grill. We cooked in a modern kitchen inside mostly. Chunfen met us a couple times during the week to make sure we were enjoying our stay. She again made us Chinese meals that were extraordinarily delicious! A washer and dryer were on site which was a nice amenity. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend our host and property for a quiet getaway! Thank you again Chunfen!

Modern camping in God's Country!!

Chunfen is a very happy, positive person. She prepared an authentic Chinese dinner, and it was waiting for us when we arrived. She & I walked the beautiful pristine property behind our rental and enjoyed our conversation. Our tiny home was very nice w/beautiful wood cabinets & flooring. Terrible Owner!!

Owner did not have a working refrigerator/ freezer! When asked to correct gave me a deep freezer that froze ALL my food! When asked to fix the next morning, he went CRAZY! Totally yelling, disrespecting me, said that I was handicapped ( because I am on oxygen) !! Pushing me and yelling! Sheriff had to be called, He told me to GET OUT! After he stated yelling, I realized I did not want to be verbally abused…… Bad Experience Kept calling me “ You People!!

Comfortable and relaxing

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this travel trailer/tiny home. We were looking for a quiet, comfortable place to stay while visiting friends and family in the area. We experienced temperatures ranging from high 80's to 30 degrees one night but we're completely comfortable. The hosts always responded quickly to our questions. An added bonus was being served authentic Chinese food by our hostess.

We enjoyed the peaceful setting and campfire. The RV was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Host even brought us 2 authentic Chinese meals!

Weekend getaway

Our weekend getaway was wonderful. Property is tucked away in Crystal River close to local attractions and fishing spots. RV was clean and just the right size for us. The listing was spot on. We really had a great time in a very peaceful place.

Peaceful property, outside of town, with rural vibe. But not too far, by car, from activities & attractions. Gracious hosts. Clean and organized motorhome and site. Best for 1-2 people.
