This is a unique 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house located just 150 ft or less to the beach (SATURDAY-SATURDAY rental in peak summer season) located in the award winning Ocean Lakes Family Campground.

1129 offers an extended outside living area with a gas grill, outdoor furniture, outdoor fans, and two large decks to enjoy the amazing view.

Tasteful and accommodating interior decorating with many places to kick-back and relax on a beach vacation. TV's in all bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

The spacious decks offer the perfect place to relax in the sun, the outdoor chairs make for an amazing space to watch the sun rise and set with a nice drink on those warm Myrtle Beach mornings and cooler evenings. Wake up to a gorgeous day and enjoy breakfast with your family on the nice covered deck. Continue your day at the beach, pools, putt-putt course and water park. Enjoy all the amenities Ocean Lakes has to offer.

We take pride in our homes at Ocean Lakes by keeping them well maintained and clean for your enjoyment. The house is checked before and after each rental to ensure the house is clean and ready for next renter.

No smoking inside the house. Please smoke outside- both upstairs and downstairs deck to relax and smoke.

*** All guest must register with ocean lakes upon arrival and obtain a parking pass. This is a $10 per/day/night, per vehicle fee which is paid to ocean lakes. This parking pass allows ALL visitors to enjoy ALL the amenities of the campground making this a true value.***

We rent to Families and Responsible Adults Only. Must be 25 years of age or older. We do not rent to house parties. Any violation will result in eviction without refund.

Had a great time with family and friends. Property was as displayed and described on VRBO. We had no issues or need to contact owner, but owner was prompt in sending code to access the keys before we arrived. We would stay again.

Overall great stay and nice house.

Pros- Very roomy, nice quiet location, and a nice view from both decks. Cons- For the price I feel it could be cleaned better. Carpet looked dirty and there was a lot of dust and grime here and there. People that had stayed before had left different stuff like food stuffs in cabinets, hand soaps, etc.

Awesome 89th Birthday Celebration!

My family and I had a wonderful time during our stay at Ocean Lakes! We celebrated our mother’s 89th birthday and we did so with plenty of room for everyone to let their hair down for a few days. The house has a great view of the ocean, just steps away from the beach. There are several decks for hanging out and grilling. The bedrooms were large enough for our group. So everyone had plenty of privacy. The manager was fantastic! I had a couple of questions and she answered her cell phone or texted me back immediately! We’ll be sure to come back again!

Family fun 2022

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family. The only problem we had was the air conditioner was not working properly but we let the manager know and someone was on their way to fix it within the hour. I also found dirty silverware in the silverware drawer. We would stay again.

The property manager charged us $50 for hair gel maybe a penny size on the bedroom dresser.

Never will I stay in hid property again. May even cause me not to use you guys again and I always do.

Good until we got home

This is our 4th year with this group renting through VRBO at Ocean Lakes. The location, view and the outdoor decks were great. I used the linen service but was not impressed with it- I won’t use it again as it was not worth the money. Owner assessed us fees for soiling the mattress covers- I have pictures of the stains on the pillows, blankets and mattress pads when we arrived. I’m pretty offended by this accusation. I also found an open Pepsi bottle in the top drawer of the dresser in my room when we checked in. It definitely was not the cleanest house I’ve rented; I did not send the owner pictures of the dirty blankets and bed linens because I am not the kind of person that complains about “little things”. Some houses you rent are simply cleaner than others. We were also penalized for not emptying the bathroom trash cans; the check out “instructions” were vague; my past experiences are that cleaning services typically do the cleaning…We were also accused of breaking a piece of molding (?). I’ve been renting through VRBO for almost 10 years, and have never had a single problem like this. I think the owner’s choice to penalize us was trivial, and I do not appreciate the false accusations. I would have considered renting this house again as the location, view and porches were really nice- but after this penalty and due to the dirty mattress covers I will be renting elsewhere in the future.

Great Vaca

Party of tweleve. All ages my family amd my sister's. Plenty of room to accommodate everyone comfotably. Had everything we needed. Great space on both the deck for haning out. Close to the beach so walking was not a problem. The only issue was checking in, when the front desk directed us to the wrong house. Lost and very confused, Drew was easy to contact and helped us get where we need to be. We all had such a great time and would definitely love to stay in this house again. Great house, great host!

The house was a little outdated. Tubs and floors/baseboards were dirty. We saw a few roaches. The parking was very tight. That area of Ocean Lakes is just too congested. The kitchen however was well equipped and large enough to accommodate a large family and the best part of the entire vacation was the time we spent on the expansive deck. We left a day early due to weather. We will probably not choose this house again.

Great location and property in Ocean Lakes

The house had plenty of room with a good layout. Two large decks with plenty of seating and a nice view of the beach. Air conditioning and all other appliances worked good. Only issue was with the stove. The heat settings had been worn off so it was kind of hard to get temp right. Other than that, everyone loved it. Highly recommended and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful and spacious house

The house was great and in a great location. Difficult to navigate through the crowded community, however the community was quiet for the amount of houses. Drew was great and accommodating for all of our needs.
