Located at lot MH125, our beach house offers ample parking for two vehicles and a trailer. The wide streets ensure easy navigation, and there's plenty of space to unwind. You can rent a golf cart from Ocean Lakes or bring your own - we even have room for your trailer! Cruise to the beach or water park with ease.

Step inside and you'll find a recently updated decor that exudes a bright and beachy atmosphere. The house comfortably sleeps 10 people, allowing everyone to have their own space. Basic linens and clean comforters are included in the cleaning fee, so you can pack light and focus on enjoying your vacation.

There are several playgrounds near the beach, an Olympic size outdoor swimming pool, an indoor swimming pool for year round enjoyment, a convenience store, Sandy’s Meet and Eat restaurant, the Sandy Harbor cafe, and the “snack shak” to grab a bite.

Ocean Lakes charges $15 per vehicle per day for admission and parking. This must be paid directly to Ocean Lakes and is not included in our cost quote. Reservations made in advance can qualify for express check-in and beat the lines on check-in day.

Vacation Rental Agreement - Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions form a binding contract between You and Ass in The Sand Beach Rental, LLC (AiTSBR) effective immediately upon reserving your beach cottage.

With this agreement, you and AiTSBR, wish to agree on the terms of your renting the property on a short-term basis for vacation purposes.

Therefore, the Parties agree as follows:

1. Reservation.


Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, You will rent the Property solely for short-term vacation purposes between the “Check-In Date” and “Check-Out Date”identified on the reservation. Your lease of the Property will start at 4:00 p.m. on the Check-In Date, and will end at 09:00 a.m. on the Check-Out Date. You may not check in early or check
out late without prior arrangements. However, We may require check in to occur later than 5:00 p.m. during peak holiday periods.

3. Rent and Other Charges.

(a) The full amount of rent, taxes and other fees stated on the quote as Total Amount Due is due upon reservation.

(b). Authorization. You authorize AiTSBR or it’s subsidiaries to charge your credit card on file at the time of reservation.

(c). Nonrefundable Reservation Fees. “Nonrefundable Reservation Fees” may be combined with Rent and are included in the Total Charges. Nonrefundable Reservation Fees means cleaning fee, extra dirty, early check-in, late check-out, cancellations, travel-agent (airbnb, bookingcom, home away, VRBO, etc.), pet, accidental damage. Except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement or otherwise required by applicable law, We have no obligation to refund the Nonrefundable Reservation Fees to you for any reason, even if you cancel your reservation.

(d). Security Deposit and Additional Charges.

(1) Will be according to the channel or booking platform the reservation has been made. In some cases this will appear as a hold on your CC during the stay and promptly released after the checkout inspection.
