Enjoy breakfast on the covered porch before starting your days of sun-filled fun. With the open kitchen, dining and living layout, your group is sure to make fun-filled memories! You can quickly access the beach, the waterpark and all of the amenities! Even your furry four-legged friends can join in on the fun!

Items To Note:

Beginning in 2026, this rental no longer includes a golf cart. Carts are available for rent onsite through Ocean Lakes Golf Cars.

Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per vehicle, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not included in your payment for the rental.

A welcome packet containing information on obtaining parking passes will be emailed to you upon receipt of payment in full & 30 days prior to your arrival.

There is parking for 3 standard vehicles at this site. If you have additional vehicles, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies).

Baby items are available for rent during your stay. Baby gear rental registration will be included in your welcome packet.

Pre-arrival grocery delivery is available for an additional fee. Pre-arrival grocery delivery information will be included in your welcome packet.

Access information will be emailed at 3:45 PM on arrival date.

All renters are required to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver in lieu of a refundable damage deposit.

Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received.
