This lovely, peaceful property is beautifully modern with Texas flair! The large home is 3500 sq ft. and situated on 5 acres of rolling wooded land. It features a split-level plan with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, full kitchen/liv room and sleeps 9-10 comfortably. The owners live in the private house attached to the southside of the home. They have separate entrances/exits and keep to themselves to allow privacy for guests but are there in case of any needs.
There are many amenities to enjoy on the property:
Take a swim in the refreshing pool or enjoy a stroll to the barn and pond.
Kick back and enjoy a game or movie on the 85inch Sony with surround sound.
Need to work? Enjoy the mesh WiFi distribution system to support all your devices. Great coverage inside and out!
There is 1000 sq ft of covered porch, a grill, fire pit and a large pool. It’s ideal for families, couples and special gatherings!

Mother’s Day Getaway

We enjoyed a weekend getaway in this beautiful home just north of Denton, Tx. House layout was perfect for a group, and the courtyard and pool were great for relaxing. Great getaway!

Wonderful family weekend

This was the perfect rental for our little family get together. Plenty of space and everything we needed for the weekend. The kids spent hours in the pool while the adults were able to watch them and converse! It was just wonderful!

Perfect for family fun

The home and property are perfect for family get togethers. We rented for my daughters graduation and it was perfect. Plenty of room to spread out and visit. Great for family and friend gatherings

I got married in nearby Collinsville and rented the property for family and friends to have a place to stay together during the festivities over the weekend. This house was a perfect setup in that it is large enough for a group, and yet separates into sections so people who want to stay up late can, and those who need a quiet place can find that refuge in a separate wing of the house. Great diversity, which keeps everyone happy!

Excellent Retreat Location

Our group loved our stay. It was the perfect house for our youth retreat. Carl and Patti were the best hosts. The house would be perfect for any small group church retreat. The pool is a good size, there is an open field on one side of the house to play games. The 2 living areas provide 2 spaces to break into small groups and the courtyard could serve as a 3rd on a pretty day. The house worked out perfectly for our plans.
