We've fully renovated it with hardwood floors, new appliances, a modern, fully-stocked kitchen, and a new lower deck with hot tub.

The cozy mid-century decor complements the stunning floor-to-ceiling windows, offering panoramic long-range views.

Fawn's Lane was the first development on Beech Mountain in 1969 - the first 10 roundhouses were built here, Fawn's View being one. You'll be surrounded by mid-century architecture, beautiful beech and hemlock trees, and presented with long-range, unparalleled views of Beech and Snake Mountain.

Beech Mountain is the highest town on the East Coast, Fawn's View is at approximately 4,600 feet.

In the winter you'll need a 4WD vehicle to come up the mountain if there's snow or ice on the roads, road conditions can be precarious from December to March.

Firearms and weapons are not allowed on the property.
