Clearly this review is an outlier. Being the first non 5 star review we've received, I feel compelled to respond: These guests seemed confused and arrived angry with VRBO because they believed VRBO led them to mistake our property with a similarly named property in MAINE, causing them to fear credit card fraud. Our property description clearly states, "Pack light...there are more than 40 steps up to the Treehouse". In addition to the description, the pictures clearly show a treehouse, perched atop a wooded mountain ridge, far below the photographer. The high, wooded location is what makes the home unique and special. But no, it's not a good choice for those with heart conditions. As for cell coverage, that's an issue throughout the Blue Ridge Mountains. We offer complimentary 5G internet connectivity. I texted and even called the guests, instructing them to turn on the "Enable WIFI Calling" function on their phone, which they apparently didn't do, even though they said they understood how to do that. I wish these folks the very best, but I believe their review is particularly misleading and unfair. It's obviously an outlier when compared to all others.
