Beautiful Home in the Heart of the Driftless

This beautiful, cozy home is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown Viroqua where you can enjoy everything the heart of the Driftless area has to offer! With an open floor plan and 5 bedrooms this home provides plenty of space for you, your family, and friends to enjoy. You are a 3 minute drive to Viroqua's Main Street or a 10-15 minute walk. Located on a quiet street with kind neighbors you'll feel right at home! All are welcome! Please read below before messaging: parking, the layout, etc.

The home is a single-story that has an open floor plan with a fully furnished basement. It is a quiet, safe neighborhood.

Sleeping arrangements:
There are 5 bedrooms in the home.
Bedroom 1: King size bed located right off of the living room on the main level - TV with Netflix access (must have your own subscription)
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed on the main level
Bedroom 3: King size bed on the main level - TV with Netflix access (must have your own subscription)
Bedroom 4: Queen size bed on the main level
Bedroom 5: Two twin size beds in the basement - TV with Netflix access (must have your own subscription)
There is also a fold away twin size bed located in the basement living room.

Bathrooms:
There are 2 bathrooms in the home both located on the main level.
Bathroom 1: Walk-in shower - no tub. The shower head does NOT detatch.
Bathroom 2: Tub only- NO shower (we do plan on adding a shower to this bathroom in the future when booking season slows down!)
There are bath towels located in the hall closet on the main level along with some in both bathrooms.

Living Spaces:
There are 2 separate living spaces in the home - 1 on the main level and 1 in the basement. This is great when you want to separate the adults from the kiddos! Both living spaces have TV with cable and ROKU access. There are plenty of throw blankets located in both areas.

Honest truth. The basement can get chilly for some - we have provided a small space heater along with extra blankets for those who may need them.

Patio:
Enjoy the patio located right off of the kitchen with outdoor seating and a charcoal grill for all of your grilling needs. We do not provide grilling supplies such as charcoal or lighter fluid. Some may get left behind from previous guests but there is no guarantee so please plan to bring your own.

Kitchen:
The kitchen was completely renovated in May of 2023.
It is well stocked with different items you may need during your stay:
silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, bakeware, wine glasses, plates, bowls, etc.
We have: a hand mixer, crockpot, toaster, griddle, blender, Keurig coffee maker, and a traditional coffee maker.

Laundry Room:
Located off of the kitchen. You will be provided with a set amount of detergent to use during your stay and if you use it all then you must provide the rest. There is also an iron and a small ironing board for your use.

Parking:
We have driveway that can fit 2 cars comfortably but sometimes 3 - 4 will squeeze! It is free street parking. We do not have room to store or park large fishing boats.

What is nearby?
The home is just a 3 minute drive from downtown Viroqua or a 10-15 minute walk. Most places in Viroqua are within a 5-10 minute drive from the home: grocery stores, restaurants and bars, shopping.

By car:
Mississippi River - 25 minutes
Chapters on the Horizon - Wedding Venue - 20 minutes
Pedretti's Party Barn / Vernon Vineyards - 15 minutes

Camera:
We do have a ring camera located outside of the front door of the home to ensure guests are honoring our guest limit.
