Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and restful environment. The home features two new queen beds and one full size bed. Bed and linen comfort are a priority of ours as hosts. All linens are oeko tex 100 certified, and all cleaning products are low impact/green/no artificial scents.
Our well-equipped kitchen and cozy living spaces ensure you have everything you need for a relaxing stay. One of the standout features of our home is the stunning butterflied elm live edge dining table. Handcrafted and truly one-of-a-kind, it sets the stage for unforgettable meals and gatherings. The kitchen has an instant pot, electric kettle and anything you need to cook a gourmet meal.
There are plum and fuji trees in the front yard, and seasonally there will be fresh fruit available in a basket in the dining room. The living room couch is comfy, and there is a pole as a prop for those who practice different movement arts. The 42" TV in the living room has an amazon fire stick with access to Netflix and Amazon Video. There is also a Nintendo WII and a ton of board game and book options.

Professional Standards:
The Maple Street Eco Retreat is an officially licensed lodging with the state of Wisconsin and is run to a professional standard. All linens, towels (including floor towels and bath mats), and kitchen rags are cleaned between every guest, ensuring a clean, comfortable stay.
This space is ideal for groups of up to 6 people, though we can accommodate up to 10 guests using high-quality camping mattresses for additional sleeping options.
Guests will have access to the whole main floor of the house, and its deck. The backyard is accessible to both rentals.
The lower king size suite is rented separately, and the whole house can be rented as a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, as well.
If you need assistance, Joshua will be available via Airbnb's messaging system or by phone.
Nestled in a central location, our home provides easy access to a variety of activities and attractions: Whether you're an avid angler or a nature enthusiast, you'll find some of the best fly fishing spots just a short distance away. For those interested in eco-tourism, numerous adventures await, from guided nature walks to thrilling outdoor activities.
Walking distance from Main St where shopping and restaurants abound. Just a short distance from the local co-op. On Saturdays May-October, walk over to the farmers market where local farmers and Amish sell their goods.
Immerse yourself in the local arts and culture scene. Our home is close to Viva Art Gallery, Temple Theater, as well as Amish farms and greenhouses, offering a rich tapestry of experiences for you to explore.
Video of the whole space is taken before and after guest stays, and kept for 2 weeks. Damages will be paid for by guests.
House Rules:
Quiet Hours: Quiet time outside is after 10:00 p.m. This is a family neighborhood, and loud, inebriated partying is not allowed. Violations resulting in disturbance to neighbors or notification of local law enforcement will result in guests being asked to leave without refunds. This is a split level house, with an upstairs and downstairs rental with private entries. Please be conscientious of your volume after 10pm inside as the other space may be rented. We will let guests know if the other suite is rented during check in.
Shoes: Please remove your shoes at the door and use the provided boot trays by each entrance to help keep the floors and rugs clean and healthy for young children.
Live-Edge Elm Table: Please use placemats and coasters. The table should not be used for cutting or as an art table. Use the provided cutting boards and the drafting table in the reading den for these activities.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside, but is allowed outside on the patio or deck, as long as you are careful with cigarette butts and flames. Please do not place cigarette butts in indoor garbage, the exterior large garbage container is fine once the butts are fully out.
Pets: Pets are not allowed to maintain cleanliness and avoid allergic reactions for future guests.
