I extended my stay at the property. It is a spacious place with premium offerings not available in many rentals like an oven, large refrigerator, closet, dining table, fast wifi (80mbs upload) and washer and dryer. These are a must because I am not on vacation, I am working remotely and need basic life comforts. The floor-to-ceiling balcony doors retract all the way, though I leave closed to keep humidity and construction noise down. There is no elevator but I do not mind going up except the one time I rented a bike. The stairs are narrow and I am short so it was quite the production. I like the management of the place and they often don't take long to answer questions via text.
The not so good: this brand new place was listed a bit soon after construction so I have experienced growing pains in terms of construction defects, noise, locks, workers coming in, and missing kitchen supplies. According to VRBO I got a discount for it being a new listing, so I am trying to give it a pass on problems. I would stay again for the price I got when all the construction is done. Also, it would be awesome to have a bike box downstairs so as to not have to haul it upstairs and not worry that someone can break the chain and steal it.
