Rates for this house are based upon 4 guests in the house. The maximum occupancy of the house is 6 guests. The 5th and 6th guests will be charged $99 per person per night.

St John County 5% Tourism Tax: There is a 5% St John County Tourism Tax that VRBO does NOT collect (they do collect the 6.5% FL State Tax but they are unfortunately unable to collect this tax). Owner will invoice you this 5% tax directly after your booking.

Children at our house: We welcome WELL Behaved Children that live in a house where they remove their shoes when they come in and respect hands do not belong on the walls and sliders. Children, and adults, that appreciate that food belongs in the kitchen and dining areas and not all over the house. Our house is NOT the most child-friendly environment. Children ages 1 to 9 are our biggest concern, as we have high end TV’s, fireplaces and appliances, white walls and white furniture. Outside we have direct water access, a pier, dock and boat lifts, pool and hot tub, all of which are hazardous. We prefer children have direct supervision in pool and pier area (but they are your kids, your responsibility). Children age 5 and under are not allowed in the hot tub (this is a CDC recommendation). We are most comfortable when all guests are at least age 10 and have great RESPECT for their environment.

Home Security System: One hour prior to your arrival, we will disarm the alarm on the home security system. Outside we have a Video Doorbell. Outdoor security cameras and any network equipment are strictly prohibited from tampering by anyone, including any obstructing or covering of lens. Outdoor cameras are only located on driveway/entry side of house. Violation will be cause for immediate termination of contact, forfeiture of security deposit, immediate removal from the property with no refunds, assumed liability of guest for any nefarious entry that occurs during your stay or after departure.
