This oceanfront vacation rental is a spacious 3,100sqft 5 bedroom/5 full bathroom beach retreat with private beach access that comfortably sleeps 13 guests (in addition to the 5 bedrooms, there is a queen size Murphy bed on the first floor). Enjoy the beautiful ocean views with balcony access from all 3 levels. This home is well lit with plenty of windows and offers a spectacular relaxing beach color scheme and tile throughout.

1st floor –
-Cozy living area with large flat screen TV, large window with a view of the beach, and a pull down queen size Murphy bed
-Full bathroom with walk in shower for convenient showering after being on the beach
-Beach view covered outdoor patio with outdoor seating, stairs to the second and third level balcony’s, and a jacuzzi

2nd floor –
-Open living area with large flat screen TV and beach side balcony access with plenty of seating
-Indoor dining area
-Outdoor dining area with large outdoor grill
-Fully stocked kitchen with additional ice maker
-Bedroom with queen bed
-Full bathroom

3rd floor –
-Relaxing ocean view master suite/master bathroom with king size bed, large flat screen TV, spacious walk in closet with built in wardrobe and private beach side balcony

-2 bedrooms with queen size beds, full hallway bathroom

-1 bedroom with a bunk bed (Full on bottom and twin on top) and a pull out twin size trundle bed, full bathroom inside bedroom.

-Large beach view balcony with plenty of seating.

This private beach retreat is steps away from the ocean and the outdoor stairs provide access to all 3 balcony levels, private beach access with beach towels and chairs available for use. Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, laundry detergent and hand soap provided. Additional cleaning services for long stays available upon request and will be charged accordingly.

*220 and 210 outlet available for electric vehicles, Wifi access, Publix is 3 miles away, several dining options just minutes away. Baby gates for indoor stairs, small travel feeding chair with attachable tray for infants/toddlers that can also be used as a booster seat, and a pack and play are available for your use.

July 4th holiday

Great place to stay. We had 10 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room. The house was super clean and the interior is updated and modern. The location was fantastic. This house is so far away from public access ramps that we pretty much had the entire beach to ourselves for 100 yards on either side, even on the holiday itself. The owner is very very responsive. The listing says space for 3-4 cars but there was easily room for at least 6. The outdoor grill is one of the nicest grills I have ever seen and the outside dining area is absolutely amazing. Great vacation home.

Great beach!

Great house and great beach!! Comfortable and clean. Our group of 70 year old college besties enjoyed the house but wished we had the elevator working. Our host was great but we had some communication problems. However he was available when we needed him! The problem might have been with the VRBO app. We would love to stay here again - lots of room, grocery store nearby and St Augustine just over the bridge.

Perfect family vacation

This property was perfect for the four generations on our family trip. Homeowners were warm and responsive, the house was comfortable and well furnished. And the beach location is absolutely amazing!

The house was as advertised. Very nice, plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate our family of 10 adults and 3 children. Easy check in and out process! Great communication! Would highly recommend!!

Great Multi-generation House

Beachfront home that was able to house our parents, kids, and grandkids. Beautiful view of the ocean with the beach just steps away from the back door. The house had everything we could possibly need for the week. The Host was extremely helpful with prompt replies to all requests and questions. We will definitely book again!

Beautiful stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was spotless upon arrival. Well the “little things” were available for use. Bright and happy and spacious. TV in every room which made it very convenient. EXCELLENT beach views. Owner was very responsive and everything was easy from check in to check out. GREAT PLACE. I pull def go back!

What a great place to stay. Just walk out a few steps to the beach, or sit in the Rocking chair on the porch and enjoy the breezes. This house had everything we needed So close to everything but secluded enough to feel like it was our private beach. Would stay again if in the. Area.

Epic home and location

The home was impecable! Beautifully decorated and many amazing modern features. Lots of love and detail poured into this beach front gem. Loved all the porch seating and great views! 10 minute drive to the heart of St. Augustine for some great sightseeing and tours. The beach is steps from the home and very private. Plenty of rooms, TVs , beds, and gathering space for your family! The hot tub was a great way to soothe tired muscles after boogie boarding! We recommend this home !!!!! Thank you for sharing your spectacular home with us🙏

Amazing Beach House

This beach house was all we hoped it would be! It was just steps to the beautiful beach and the view from the back porch was spectacular! I have never stayed at a house that was so well stocked with anything and everything you could ever want or need. Kelli was on top of the few issues we had and followed up to make sure everything was corrected. There was plenty of space for us to all hang out or have our own space if needed. Our group looks forward to staying here again!

Beachfront House Vacation Aug 2023

Great beachouse. Modern and right on the beach. Very nice accomadations. Everything you need for a wonderful vacation is provided. Outside shower would be nice. Three decks and furnishings are execellent. We love the outdoor kitchen but could not get TV to work, not important unless watching sports...Used for crab boil. Took us a while to get use to the electrical outlets, on, off, and dim. Storm shutters are very nice to have. We will probably come back. Nicest house we have rented!

clean, great beach, awful parking, dangerous outside deck when wet

The property was vary nice, great beach, and well stocked with supplies and toys. The down side was awful parking. only safe was to back in, so you could get out safely (no turn around as we tried and minor scrapes on wheel wells of two cars of the three cars as the low walls that were difficult to see when trying to turn in driveway. The owner would have no problem if the garage space was open ALSO the deck and outside steps were very slippery (needs groves or rubber or something ) and two people fell when walking on them after a rain, causing one to go to emergency care for an xray, no break but a bruise the size on a dinner plate on leg.

Amazing and relaxing vacation!

This house had everything!! Including a nice “in law suite” on the first floor where the Murphy bed is. Everyone had their own private space and bathroom. We grilled out every night and had family dinner on the open patio. All cabinets are stocked with dishes and pots and pans. Publix is also only 3 miles away. No need to bring anything with you except personal items and clothes. Every level had a deck and tons of furniture. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer and there were tons of beach towels, regular towels, extra sheets, pillows, blankets etc. We all had the best time ever. Our daughter also got married on the beach out in front of the house while we were there ❤️ Property manager/owner was so nice and answered any questions we had immediately. We fit 4 vehicles easily. Highly recommend!! Excellent property!

Multiple issues, great location

We stayed here 2 weeks in May (7 adults, 5 kids). We had an issue almost daily for the first week - mainly with the water in the house. First there was no water pressure. Only one person could shower at a time, the dishwasher or washing machine couldn't be running at the same time or while anyone was showing because then they wouldn't be effective or the shower pressure was zero - a big problem for a group of 13. The owner was very responsive but the issue went on with multiple visits from plumbers and even the city having to come out so we had to be around to let the plumbers in and out etc. It was also disappointing to show up to see all of the beach chairs and umbrellas rusted and nonfunctional, especially when the host is anticipating a large group checking in. This was brought to their attention and they did have new chairs delivered within a few hours. You cannot beat the location if you are looking for a beachfront property. It was great with kids to be right on the beach. Walking distance to 2-3 restaurants. Hot tub was a fun bonus for us / kids especially since some days were a bit cooler / windy. It has ample decks / seating space which is also nice depending on sun / wind you can usually find a nice place to sit outside. Overall - nice location. Responsive host but for a property renting for over $1,000 / night would think they would have the property kept up a bit better, anticipate guests needs as opposed to reacting to fix problems when guests are present.

Terrific property- suited our family perfectly! Close to amenities and town, but felt like being on our our beach! House was wonderful. We loved the outdoor kitchen. Thanks for making our stay so pleasant!
