With a prime location and ocean-facing views, this cozy home is the perfect base to enjoy all the beauty and relaxation that the beach has to offer.

- Primary guest must be 25+ years old and present throughout the entire reservation.
- Parking on the Street/Parking Lot Only
- Tenant Occupancy (6) Day and Night unless a written exception is given.
-This is the ground-level unit of a multi-family home.
- Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beachgoers should be expected.
- Although somewhat rare, the patio may be shared at times with the Owner/Owner's Family.
-Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
- This ground-level home has 2 single stairs (8 inches high) along the outside walkway. Once inside, there are no stairs between the patio and the home. This home is perfect for those with mobility issues.
- Laundry is shared and is Coin Operated.
-Crib/Pack n' Play & High Chair must be requested prior to your stay.
