Its a south facing location offers lots of natural light. | Features include: | • Master bedroom has two full size beds with a 32" flat screen TV | • Guest bedroom has one king size bed with a 42" flat screen TV | • Two updated in suite bathrooms with large walk-in showers | • Open floor plan with beautifully renovated kitchen that is fully equipped with necessary items you need for cooking-pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, standard coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. | The living room has leather furnishing with a 50" flat screen TV with Direct TV service for your enjoyment. |

We had originally booked somewhere else I had stayed at previously on Siesta Key, but they cancelled due to still having hurricane repairs. Found The Palm Bay club through one of the Facebook Siesta Key groups & what a great find!! The unit was perfect, great views of the ocean, conveniently located to private property beach. Unit is beautiful, spacious and comfortable.. enjoyed it so much I booked the same unit again for October.. I would highly recommend The Palm Bay Club! Can't wait to go back (4th time), until we meet again!!

Great ocean view, great place will stay again

Girls trip, we had a blast… every staff person we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Perfect size for four people. Quiet, clean nicely decorated.

Perfect location but noisy

Absolutely loved the unit and location! The beach and condo amenities were top notch. The beach was steps from the front door. The pool was close and a nice option before or after the beach. We found the unit to be a little noisy at night and could hear people coming and going as well as those walking onto the beach. It didn’t disturb my family thankfully but I am a light sleeper and found it disturbing. It was spring break so there may have been more foot traffic than normal. The unit was close to shops and there was a trolley stop right at the entrance of the Palm Bay club. Would definitely recommend!!

Enjoyed our stay!

The condo was clean and had plenty of space. The pools were clean and warm. The only small issue is that the condo is on the 2nd floor above the building entrance, so it can be noisy.

Beautiful Condo

My friends and I loved our stay. Waking up to beach views every morning was a real treat. Clean, quiet, safe, and an amazing location! You can’t go wrong staying here.

Great location. The tower was right on the beach and close to one of the pools. We enjoyed the view and the after hours check in as our plane was delayed 4 hours. I would come back again

Family Vacay at Siesta Key

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay in Condo 27. The pictures are an accurate representation of the unit. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. It was very bright and sunny which is a big bonus to me. I will say the partial ocean view is very much that...a partial view. Most of the view is of the driveway/parking area. This didn't bother us since we don't spend too much time in the unit. other family members had a full ocean view-which was beautiful. If that is truly what you want, this is not your unit. The condo comes with the basics to make basic meals-which was also fine with us. We do not throw down large meals while on vacation. My only negative comment would be the unit is on the 2nd floor, near the driveway and front entrance. It is a bit noisy as people drop off/unload cars or come home from going out all night. Again, it didn't bother us too much, but we may consider a unit higher up if we stayed here again. The pools are basic and are very spread out across the property. It is a bit of a walk if you have kids that like to go back and forth between the pools and beach through out the day. We go for the beautiful beaches of Siesta Key, so the pool situation wasn't a big thing to us. Overall, coming from a self proclaimed vacation snob, it was a nicely decorated and clean rental. I would definitely recommend this unit again, as long as the renters are ok with a little noise on occasion and very partial view.

Early Summer Siesta

Vacationing on the beautiful beaches of Siesta Key has become an annual event for my sister and friend. This condo was by far our favorite place we've stayed. Beautiful partial ocean views from the unit in the tower. The unit has been beautifully updated. Comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The host responded to questions promptly. We were also impressed with the Palm Bay Club beaches, staff, and amenities. We will be returning!

However they had showing(s) from the time is was cleaned to when we were allowed to move in at 4PM. We have stayed at Palm Bay for well over 13 years and this was the first time we did not get in until 4 (which I understand is per rental agreement). There was a lot of sand brought into the unit and not cleaned as expected.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If the beach is for you, this property is for you! We had beautiful views and a few steps from the front door your feet were in the sand. The room was spacious and clean, there was noise being so close to the front entrance from people coming and going especially leaving for flights at 5am closing car doors over and over kind of thing. But that said the location is very convenient. The pool is a walk, and the other bay side pool is across a busy street. The one downfall is that unlike a resort there is no restaurant on property, small store is accessible if you have a golf cart, but it’s a drive to Publix. (We were there during spring break and restaurants were all completely full so plan ahead)

My family and I stayed at this condo for our spring break trip. It was our first time to Siesta Key. The property was immaculate. Everything was well cared for. Great location. Would highly recommend!

Unit is nice/bright. 5 pages of "Rules to live by" is overkill. I understand some guests may be problematic, but not everyone is uncivilized, especially for guests who have been coming 12+ years. Front office is helpful with basic needs. Anything beyond I get the feeling they do not really care, but they'll say "sorry" with a smile. Last few years units aren't as clean as they used to be. Kitchen cabinets needed wiped down & the bathroom floor. Every TV worked differently & none were simple- no instructions in the condo. Prices have gone up considerably & every year there are fewer amenities. Weekly cleaning disappeared a few years ago, no starter paper towels now, only gave us (4 guests) 2 keys, used to get 3. Not even the little pad of paper/pen. Used to get a laundry card with first load on the card. We choose to live w/o smartphones, which Palm Bay punishes you for. We were told we would have to buy the card for $5 (but I'd get to keep it, oh yea!) so first load of laundry would cost $10 after paying for wash/dry. A couple days they ran out of beach chairs. Found out they rented way less than usual for the season. Before 2020 Palm Bay used to be worth the price, but considering the price hike in recent years, I hate to say, I'm not seeing the value for the $.
