Unit 125- 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Gulf Side Club Corner Condominium

This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom second floor condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. This is the perfect condominium for your Siesta Key vacation. It is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts and the pool. It is also a short walk across the street to the Bays Side, which has a fishing pier, pool and hot tub. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The living room has a large 65" flat screen Smart TV with streaming service for your enjoyment. The master bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds with a 32" flat screen TV and there is a king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV in the guest bedroom. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and a shower seat, and the guest bathroom has tub/shower combination. The kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, blender, a coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. This open plan beauty has tiles throughout. The comfortably furnished screened-in patio allows you to enjoy our warm tropical breezes with your friends and family.

The location was great and the beds are comfortable. We love that the pools are nice and warm in January! We will stay at Palm Bay Club again if we are back in Siesta Key.

We had a great time staying with our family. The pools, hot tub, and beach chairs were great amenities. We also really like that we had a beach close and kept up. It was raked every morning.

Beach Chair policy was a problem, some people wouls take 15-20 chairs and claim they were for people in their party, people that were never there.Floors in our unit could have stood a good mopping.

This unit is a MUST stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What an amazing condo! Great location on the beautiful and safe property! Central to everything the property has to offer. The unit was unbelievably clean and welcoming. Extras like beach towels, a beach cooler, games and fishing poles made things easy and fun. Everything you would need is in this unit. Office staff, security staff and maintenance staff were all very friendly and helpful. So many great restaurants and shopping close by. What a GREAT family experience for our first visit to Florida.

Bedroom furniture was cheap and breaking. Tv in 2nd bedroom was broken. Kitchen was falling apart. Stayed in other units that were much nicer. Also red tide was occurring and was not notified by management as we would have rescheduled. Not able to fully enjoy the facility.

2nd year at palm Bay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the Palm Bay resort. This year we arrived to a very disturbing issue for our unit 125. Our view outside our sliding glass doors was construction taking place about 25 yards away. The construction was not on the Palm Bay Resort property. It was next door, but we were not made aware that this would be happening during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay at Palm Bay except for that issue. The hammering and sawing started at 7:00 AM and lasted all day. I guess were just a little surprised that nothing was mentioned to us before we arrived . No mention of anything that would have made things a little acceptable

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Palm Bay Club was terrible the hot tub was broken for most of our stay. It was broken for 9 days prior to our arrival another guest told us. When it was finally fixed the pool then broke on the bayside and had caution tape all around it. The first condo I went to stay in the furniture was filthy in the living room, I asked for a new room big deal at the office as it was almost 5 PM. They did let me look at another room which I took bit was further away than my first condo. During my stay discovered by the awful smell when sleeping in the one Queen bed a large urine stain that covered most of the mattress. The GM was engaged and came to the room to view. He stated an elderly lady owned the condo and was there for the Winter. It was truly disgusting and not sure why the cleaning service would not alert the GM to the issue. They did send a cleaning company to steam it after I had already slept in for 5 nights. I was going to clean the bedding because I could not figure out the smell and that is when I discovered the urine-stained mattress. After that I slept in the other queen bed with my Husband which was not comfortable as we are used to a King size bed at home. The GM stated he would make an adjustment to my bill. He refunded 1 night which was super insulting as I paid a lot of money for that condo. I am pretty sure I only got one night because the AC was broken in the Towers for 3 days, so I am sure those people had to be comped as well. I called and left a message when I returned home to state that 1 night refund was insulting as I stayed there for 12 nights. The GM then had someone call me and I stated that I wanted to speak to the GM (I never received a call back) Also the condo had minimal everything pots and pans, like 8 forks and scratched pans you could not cook in they needed thrown out. Also, will not let you exchange towels but once, so I had to laundry often as each person was allotted 2 washcloths. I have stayed here 3 times and will never ret
