Cette belle copropriété de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains située sur le cÎté golfe du Mexique de la propriété - Promenez-vous sur le boulevard jusqu'au sable de corail exquis de la célÚbre plage de Crescent, à quelques pas de cinq minutes! Ce condo est une unité d'angle de la suite Club qui offre un puits bien éclairé et spacieux de 1 305 pieds carrés et est situé au 3Úme étage. # 175 dort confortablement un maximum de six personnes pour se conformer au Sarasota County Fire Code.
La chambre principale est meublée de 2 lits queen size avec une télévision à écran plat de 40 "et est équipée d'une douche à l'italienne et est également équipée d'une barre d'appui pour la douche.
La chambre d'hÎtes est meublée avec 1 lit King size avec une TV HD à écran plat de 32 "et a un combo douche / baignoire dans sa salle de bain.
Le salon est équipé d'une grande TV écran plat 60 "avec service FIOS HD TV pour votre plus grand plaisir.
Les deux salles de bains ont été récemment rénovées avec de nouveaux comptoirs en granit!

Beautiful condo! Great location! It was very clean and spacious and had a nice view from the porch. Aside from a slow drain in the bathroom sink, the condo was fantastic. We loved everything about it and we hope to be back again!

The owner provided a beach wagon which helped so much with taking our supplies down to the beach. Even though it’s a short walk we could throw our towels and bags in there. Check in was super fast and friendly. The private beach here is amazing. We had plenty of space and it wasn’t too crowded. The pool was sparkling and warm. They had a great workout room as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Beach stay

Property was as expected, great location and security. Beach was excellent. Unit was well maintained and clean. Only suggestion would be the floor-was a little dirty on the feet even on the first day.

We stayed here with a group of friends. Great place! It was clean and had lots of room. It was a short ride to town and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

Staycation in Siesta Key

Property & unit was very nice & clean. Only a few things need to be addressed in the unit - replace all the rugs (old & stained) need a non-slid mat in tub, bathroom door doesn't latch. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Beds are comfortable. We will go back to this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 175 at the Palm Bay Club was perfect for our family of 5 adults. Location was perfect. The enclosed patio has a small view of the ocean and was great for breakfast and hanging out. We used it every day. Unit was spotless with a great open design. The private beach was about a five minute walk just down the main path of the property. Beach was amazing! Beach chairs included was a huge plus. We needed to rent umbrellas and a couple days a tent. My only suggestion is for the unit to have more basic necessities such as paper towels/napkins and some basic cleaning supplies like a Mr clean spray etc. We would highly recommend and would book again!

Loved the location! Only a short walk down paved pathway to the beach. The beach wagon and cooler provided was helpful! My kids loved the heated pool which was right out the door to the property. The screened in porch was relaxing to sit and listen to the ocean in the evenings. We will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a great experience staying at Palm Bay Club, Unit 175 for a few days. The property was very well maintained, staff friendly and helpful, excellent security, a few steps from the beach and two pools. Check-in and check-out were very easy--parking was convenient and elevators available. Also had a fitness room. A few items to note is that you should be prepared to bring beach towels (only two provided), no food or drink options on site for purchase so you have to travel for food (but full kitchen in unit), pools were kind of small, beach chairs were free and provided but you need to rent or bring your own umbrella if desired. Overall--we thought the unit was wonderful and would return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed in this unit 5/15 to 5/20. We had an amazing experience. Beautiful unit with amazing view from deck. The unit is spacious, well equipped and quiet. The beach was a very short distance from the unit and we also used the bay side pool, fishing dock and pickle ball courts. Tons to do on the property. The staff were all exceptionally friendly, helpful and efficient. The food at the restaurants was amazing and the service everywhere we ate and shopped was top notch. Seriously thinking of moving here. Truly a paradise. Will stay here again.
