The condo was exactly as described! Very clean and cozy! Loved how close it was to the beach and the Village! We also were happy that it didn’t just have one pool, but two!

Location to beautiful beach was great and area was wonderful. Our condo was comfortable and clean. We couldn't open one of the balcony doors and we had a towel rack fall off that was obviously fixed numerous times. So maybe some maintenance issues but otherwise a very nice place!

The amenities, location and access to beach are fabulous. The room has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Our family loved the pool and the deep end was a huge hit for our teenage kids. Definitely coming back!

Our condo was very clean and comfortable! Location was perfect, right on the beach. Facility is very maintained and organized. This was my 2nd time staying at The palmBay club and plan on coming back! The only feedback I have which isn’t meant to be negative is that the living room couch wasn't the most comfortable for laying around and watching tv in the evening, but some people may not need that!

Excellent stay. Fully equipped kitchen. Just need to bring salt/pepper, sugar, if you plan on eating in. Washer/dryer was expensive-7 for 1load. Would have been nice to have a beach towel exchange.

This condo is great. Perfectly located between the pool and beach. The staff was incredibly nice and made everything super easy.

Family Vacation

Spent a week at the beach before with our kids. Great location, the beach is well kept and we loved the lounge chair service! We would recommend to family and friends!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. Location was great; only a short walk down to the beach and many restaurants nearby. The gated community provided a safe environment. Only complaints we had were that the refrigerator wasn’t working when we got there and there were a few cockroaches during our stay. The front desk was very quick to address these concerns and send maintenance to our unit.

Perfect family getaway location!

We had a great long weekend at this location. The condo was clean and was literally a 2 min walk to the beach. The community accommodations were great as well. The nicest thing was the private beach, so you didn’t have to worry about the party scene with the kiddos. Staff was great as well. We will definitely be back!

great place

this was a great place. perfect distance between the pool and beach. i’ll definitely go back. only suggestion is to add another smaller cooking pot and a few blankets of a different texture than the quilts

Beautiful property! They are actively working on hurricane damage. So there was some noise but it was never super early or late. Condo was clean and well kept. The beach was beautiful!!
