Welcome to the beautiful Lakeside Serenity on Lake Conroe in the gated community of April Sound Country Club. It is centrally located off Hwy 105 with easy access to restaurants and shopping. The community offers lake access to swimming, fishing and boating. There is also 3 nine hole golf courses, tennis & pickleball courts, pools and more!

The space
The condo has breathtaking view of the water from the balcony. There are stairs off the balcony that lead you down to a large green space where you can play and enjoy the view. You can also tie off your boat, swim or fish!

There are 4 beds, sleeps 6-8 comfortably. 1 King, 2 full size bunks, 1 queen sleeper sofa and 1 queen blow up mattress. The loft has the bunks and a game room with a full bath.

The living room welcomes you with 20ft ceilings, double glass sliding doors that give you a beautiful view of Lake Conroe. Upscale design and furnishings with a faux leather sleeper couch and 65 inch TV and console with board games, books and puzzles to enjoy. Also comfy throw blankets you can use to snuggle up on the couch with.

The dining area seats 6-8 comfortably with 4 additional bar stools at the kitchen bar for everyone to be able to sit and eat.

The full Kitchen has everything you need to cook, bake, and provide eating ware for guests plus child friendly dishes, cups and utensils. There is a coffee bar where you can make a pot of coffee or enjoy a K cup. Also hot cocoa, tea and microwave popcorn.

There is a stackable washer/dryer in unit with laundry detergent, fabric softener and a laundry basket.

MASTER BEDROOM- Enjoy a luxurious King size bed, vaulted ceilings, a comfortable work space, a full length mirror, huge walk in closet with extra blankets/pillows, queen blow up mattress, pack n play, iron/ironing board, dresser and 43 inch Smart TV.
The main bathroom connects to the master and has a shower/tub.

2ND BEDROOM/GAMEROOM- A loft style bedroom with a huge walk in closet and full bathroom. Set up with a full over full bunk bed, 2 bean bag chairs, 43 inch Smart TV with an original NES Nintendo system, Pac Man Arcade games, Foosball table, board games and kid friendly books.

Condo is pet friendly with a $50 deposit per pet. 2 max. Sorry NO CATS due to owner allergies. There are dog bowls and pet friendly cleaning supplies in kitchen closet.

There are 2 assigned parking spots and limited guest parking.

Please No smoking/vaping anywhere on the property.

Please respect the quiet hours of 10pm to 7am for neighbors.
