As you enter into the screened patio, peace and tranquility will be your only thoughts. This is everyone’s favorite room! The babel of the creek will lure you to rest on the comfortable sectional and take all your meals at the traditional farm table. You may even nap there in the afternoon or sleep there under the stars with the twinkling of the fireflies and the chirping of the crickets. Party lights that dim have been installed to create the perfect ambiance and lighting needs.

The remaining part of the patio has additional seating and a gas grill. Guests with children and fur children will love the flat and .3 fenced in acre for safety, play, and convenience. In the cooler evenings, enjoy the firepit with seating for four with tiki and solar lighting for pests and safety.

Fightingtown Creek, itself, is nothing short of fabulous! Yes, it does have trout and we have an excellent spot. You can wade, play, sit in a chair or float with you toes in the always chilly, but refreshing, water.

Upon entering the cottage, the floor plan is open and one-story which is great for seniors and toddlers. The dining room, just off the kitchen, has a unique, live edge handmade wooden table and ceiling fan.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you will need to prepare and serve meals. However, we have no dishwasher. Because of this, we will provide paper products and plastic utensils. Thank you for understanding.

The living area has a futon and sofa overlooked a charming, stone fireplace with gas logs. Above, is a 50-inch flat screen TV with cable. It’s the perfect place for watching football games or cozying in on a cold night. Washer and dryer are located in the hallway closet.

The three-piece guest bath (shower/tub) is conveniently located to the main areas and guest room. It has plenty of storage under the vanity. The guest bedroom has a large wooden handmade queen bed, ceiling fan, and ample closet storage and shelving.

The spacious master suite has a king bed, ceiling fan, dressing table and mirror, and a dresser for storage. The en-suite has another three-piece bath (shower only) with storage under the vanity.
