Shon, I was waiting for you to check in at 3 pm and you arrived late so I left .I personally checked the apt and was in the lobby until 3:45 You did not wait an hour.You asked for washcloths and I sent small hand towels and explained we were out of washcloths that day and you said it was fine ..I also sent you a free cleaning the next day with two hand towels .The pool is not a jacuzzi .It is a cold pool and the jets are to clean it .The pool is cleaned every day and I checked it was clean for your arrival sometimes surrounding leaves will fall in the pool .It’s the first from a client I have heard about the bed being to hard Or not enough hot water .I guess if you really look hard enough you can find something wrong with every place in playa

.Catherine, First of all .I’m sorry you didn't enjoy the condo .The cost was $120 usd to be on the beach ,I forgot to change the price ,Which is normally $230 usd a night .Don’t worry I already changed the price for next year .Christmas /New years .I honestly can’t believe you would write a bad review after ,You paid 1/2 price .I even sent you free maid service ,Which you complained and wanted more maid service in the middle of Christmas /New years There is a blow up bed in the closet ,Which you should have looked for .It is for an extra person or child .Which you didn’t have since I rented the condo to you for 2 people .Not 3 people .I have nothing to do with the sewer system .If you smelled something strange ,You should have reached out and I would have told you what to do instead of complaining after staying there .If you had gone to reception or at least asked me I would have sent someone to see what the problem was .Considering I gave you such an incredible price ,Only charging you $120 usd instead of $230 usd to be on the beach ,I honestly can’t believe you would send a bad review .I never asked your age but can just imagine you are older and didn’t eat out much .That was probably what the smell was from cooking .You forgot to mention in your review that I didn’t charge you for the maid service .Which is always charged for at Aldea Thai .The pool does not have jacuzzi jets .They are to have have the water circulate ..Why didn’t you ask questions instead o f writin
