Beautifully remodeled home with Lake Charlevoix views from the kitchen and front porch. It has everything you need for an enjoyable getaway! Full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV/internet, and outdoor grill. Downtown Boyne City location makes it an easy 10 minutes walk to downtown, 5 mins to Family Fare grocery store. A short drive to Boyne Mountain and Young State Park. The back deck overlooks a spacious back yard with privacy fences on both sides for fun backyard games.

We spent 3 weeks at this property. Really enjoyed easy walk to downtown and convenience to lake access, parks, festivals and bi-weekly farmers market just a couple blocks away. Jeff is a great communicator.

Great up north house

Came up for a few days of disc golf, rock Hunting, sightseeing, and just relaxing. House was in a great location for what we needed. Loved the back porch for meals and card games. Living room had plenty of seating for watching TV or hanging out. Would definitely come back and stay again.

This was our second year in a row staying here. It is a warm, clean, well kept cottage close to several ski areas, shopping, and restaurants. Perfect for folks looking to relax after a day of skiing.

Perfect Getaway

Very cute house with everything you would need. We loved the backyard and great location. We were able to walk to all of the events and restaurants in town. Beds were very comfortable.

Another great stay!

We enjoyed another great stay in the Boyne City area here at this cute 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom house. Clean house, easy access, quiet neighborhood, comfy beds, plenty of tv channels and nice appliances. We will be back!

Ski getaway

Clean warm home just right for a small group. Within walking distance of Downtown Boyne City, close to Petosky and Boyne Falls. Great owner. I stayed here on a ski weekend and the house was perfectly comfortable for our needs.

Tidy and Charming

House was well-appointed with everything needed, and squeaky clean. Great place to relax after snowshoeing, fat tire biking, and snowmobiling. Only thing I needed that the house didn’t have was a hot tub on the back porch. 😆 Thanks Jeff for a great stay!

Fantastic Stay!

My family and I are very familiar with Boyne City and have stayed at several rentals here. This one was by far our favorite. Excellent location, the host is amazing and did such a fabulous job decorating the property and keeping it clean and tidy. Also making himself available for questions. Very responsive and professional. Will absolutely stay here again.

Birthday Getaway

We came up north to celebrate my birthday and enjoy the fall colors. The weather did not cooperate, as it was mostly a rainy, windy week. Fortunately, the house was cozy, comfortable and inviting as we spent a lot of time there. It was very clean and the nautical decor is charming. The kitchen is well stocked. The location is very convenient, too. We would definitely stay there again if visiting Boyne City.

Perfect Getaway

This house is the perfect location. It was centrally located for all the beauty to see from Boyne City, Petoskey, Harbour Springs, Mackinaw City to Legs Inn. The house is a true 5 star rating. It is very clean, comfortable setting for 4 adults. The owner is right on top of things and quick to respond to any questions. The kitchen has everything you could want to make a great meal a home. Downtown Boyne City is walkable from this location with all the beauty along side the lake. What a great place. We will differently be back to stay at this rental. The house is neat, clean, cozy, and comfortable. The kitchen is full of spices. Was hoping they would have at least offered water. When we arrived at 10pm, we checked the whole house and all windows were unlocked. Not sure if they were left unlocked in purpose. Other than that, our stay was excellent.

Dog friendly in Boyne City

The house itself is fine and the location is great. If you have dogs, you should know the yard is not totally fenced. There is no fence along the back, and the fence on the side is not all the way to the ground (one side). I have small dogs, and they can fit under the fence on one side. In addition, there is no fencing along the sides to the edges of the house, where you might have gates. Also, it says it will sleep 5, but that 5th person would need to be a small child to fit on the couch.

Charming home

So many positive things to say about this charming home! First it was super clean; the baseboards, window sills, corners, floors, counters, bathrooms, etc.! Second, all the hooks were greatly appreciated and well placed! Third, so many bath/hand towels, linens, blankets for the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen was noted. We didn't have to use many but appreciated the abundance. Fourth, owner was kind and communicative and not demanding in his check in and check out. Making the process smooth. We were respectful of him trusting us with his home and made sure to treat it well. Fifth, the location of the home was perfect! Walking distance to the family fare and downtown! Sixth, the home was so charming and beautifully renovated. You could tell the owners took care in designing each room for comfort and charm. Well done!! Seventh, we cannot wait to return and explore the Boyne area some more and the surrounding area of Wallon Lake and Petoskey and Charlevoix!! We are already talking about reserving time for the fall tour.

Great 2 bed & 2 bath rental!

My family and I enjoyed our recent stay here. The house is clean, cute and conveniently located in Boyne City. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking/baking, backyard deck area is awesome, living room is cozy, tv has lots of choices, desk area was perfect to work at, the bathrooms have nice smelling towels, bedrooms have extra blankets if needed. Overall a great place to rent! We will be back!!
