Thank you for your interest in our property. This is an unmatched location. Walk to one of the most beautiful beaches: Petoskey State Park. Hop on the Little Traverse Wheel Way: Located on the Bike Path. In the fall, minutes away from the Tunnel of Trees, during the winter 5 minutes from Boyne Highlands and Nub's Nob. Doesn't matter the season, this home is perfectly located for enjoyment of all seasons. This home has room to sleep 4. Be one of the first to book your reservation.

This is a very comfortable condo. The location was perfect, 5 minutes from shopping/grocery and 10 minutes from the ski resorts. Owner was quick to respond to questions and the beds were comfortable, couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Great Location

I had training scheduled in Petoskey and I brought my husband and teenager with me so that they could explore Northern Michigan during the day while I worked. Location was great- walkable to the State Park. Easy in and easy out.

We stayed with our young children for a ski trip. Condo was clean and we always appreciate a condo with a washer and dryer.We liked having two bathrooms upstairs in each of the bedrooms and the half bathroom on the lower level.We liked the location, only a 10 minute drive to Nub's Nob and Boyne Highlands or the Petoskey Winter sports park. Host was responsive. There's a nearby market and a grocery store 5 minutes away.

Excellent Location

This property is in an excellent location for skiing at Nubs or Highlands. We had just what we needed to make it a fun weekend: comfy beds, clean house and space to play cards. Check-in and check-out were very easy and much appreciated.

Perfect for our stay!

My husband, 1 year old son and I stayed at this location for the weekend! It was a 10 minute walk to Petoskey state park beach and trails as well as a 10 minute drive into downtown. My son had so much space to roam and everything was perfect for our short stay!

We stayed for two nights. The house was clean and comfortable. The entire process of check in and out was hassle free. Everything was as it was listed. We did not stay in the house a lot as we were taking in all of the sights the area had to offer. Would definitely stay again.

Weekend getaway for snowboarding

Property was fantastic! Kitchen was so well stocked. Bedrooms and bathrooms were even nicer than the photos! Location is so close to many things to do. Owner checked in on us to see if he could anything to make our trip better. I highly recommend this property.

The property was very clean and basic, but dated. Very close to paved bike paths and to Petoskey State Park, but also very close to a major road so traffic noise was an issue. Owner was easy to reach and attentive.

The condo was as represented and very clean when we arrived. The AC was on so when we entered the condo was nice and comfortable. Which is very considerate as it was hot and humid and having to move in to hot place would not a great experience. So we started off in a cool place and comfortable time our whole trip.

While the unit was clean and in a good location, it’s in desperate need of updating. As a rental owner myself, I know the value of fresh paint, updated fixtures, etc. the owner couldn’t have been more attentive, he answered our questions swiftly.
