Suite 107 est une suite entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©e au rez-de-chaussĂ©e avec une vue imprenable sur le lac Charlevoix. Cette unitĂ© offre une chambre avec un lit king size et une salle de bain. Suite 107 dispose d'une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec de magnifiques comptoirs en granit tous prĂȘts pour la prĂ©paration des repas. Le salon dispose d'un lit queen canapĂ©-lit, cheminĂ©e gaz journal et d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat. La porte coulissante en verre s'ouvre sur un patio qui a un accĂšs direct Ă  notre plage privĂ©e, et le centre-ville est Ă  quelques pas.

Glass doors open to beautiful lake view. Small grassy area before stepping down only a few stairs allows for a little separation from the beach, allowing for a private area yet easy access and views of the lake. We enjoyed the location as it’s right downtown, an easy walk to restaurants and shops yet this condo is nestled into a private corner of the town. My only complaint would be the very limited hours of the complex office. We were left notes, and phone numbers were available but having someone in the actual office would have been helpful.

Jump in the lake

We were so hot and tired from traveling we were so happy this ground level condo allowed us to just put our suits on and run out from the patio and jump in the lake.

Great Location

My husband and I only stayed for one night while we visited family, but really enjoyed our short trip. Great location and were able to walk to town and restaurants from the condo. Drank wine on the patio and watched the sun set. We would definitely rent again!
