Great 3 bedroom house, two bathrooms, deck , fenced backyard.Bathrooms and kitchen are newly renovated .Mattresses are very comfortable few months old. Towels are soft and high quality .Four parking spots on driveway .
The place was clean only had a few issues. All the room doors had keypad locks on them for some reason. Which one of the rules we got locked out of and it was just a hassle to get that room reopened. In the first night there I believe one of the neighbors across the street was working on their car. It seemed all night long and was hosing their engine, which was very loud. But other than that, you had a great stay there.
This property inside was OK, beats staying in a hotel (to me), but I would not rent this again.
Pros: 1. was clean inside, bathrooms were bleached & clean
2. has nice master bathroom with nice shower
Cons: 1. outside front and back is unkempt, grass and weeds not cut, there were 2 big dumpsters overflowing with trash when we arrived. The trash truck came by the next day, only emptied one, bags of trash fell out, trash scattered everywhere. Contacted the owner. They said a neighbor had parked their car in front of the house (it was still there when we arrived) and the trash truck had not picked up the trash the week before, so I guess all this trash had been accumulating for 2 weeks? Why didn't owner come by and take off the trash? It took all day for someone to come clean up the trash and move the cans. We didn't feel we should have to clean up and take care of all the trash of the previous tenants.
2. so many cars parked everywhere in the neighborhood it was difficult getting our cars out of the driveway and getting through the street
3. House needs end tables and lamps in the living room and in each bedroom. The lighting was so dim in the few fixtures there were available (very dim bulbs used) we had to purchase brighter light bulbs to see at night.
4. bath towels were clean, but very small. Needed towels from home.
5. the window in the living room to the back yard would not latch. We had to find someting to put in the window so that no one could open it from the outside. Owner responded that the house has a camera in front and 2 in back so nobody enters the backyard without him/her knowing in less than a minute. However, this means we were being watched as well. It is not appropriate to have surveillance cameras on the tenants of a rental property.
We were in town the weekend for my sisters baby shower. The location was in a great neighborhood and only minutes away from where my sister's event was being held. I loved the bathrooms, and everything was clean and in order
Nice clean place that was plenty of room for my family of 4. Kitchen was well stocked and the master was a nice large room with a nice shower/bathroom. The backyard was the only reason I didnât give all 5 stars. It could use some attention but that was known from other reviews and not a big deal for us. The host was very responsive to my questions which was greatly appreciated.
We enjoyed our stay at this property, the neighborhood was quiet. The house was just what my family and I needed for our weekend stay. Paula, the owner, was very nice and answered any questions that we had. Thanks again Paula
When we arrived everything was as it said it would be and master bath was very nice. Didnât spend too much time at the house but it was a great place to stay
House was clean and spacious. Needs a tv in living room and more lighting in living room. Back patio area was unusable, over grown and not clean. Front yard needs a major cleanup, grass was knee high and liter all around.
My family and I had a good stay here. Primarily we wanted comfortable beds and bathrooms, quiet, parking, and a location convenient to drive to other parts of Atlanta, and this property met all of those criteria. Bathrooms and kitchen are indeed recently remodeled and nice. I believe the carpet is new. Three bedrooms, two full baths, perfect for my family of four. A good value! Host was very friendly and communicative.
The house is in quite area and easy access to the expressway. The bedrooms had individual code locks on them, which I could see as a benefit to college students or mixed group of friends. The communication with the owner was great and was very responsive and provided suggestions. We loved sitting outside in the backyard talking and having our coffee each morning. I would say the only downfall is that the home really needs a deep cleaning. I cleaned for about an hour before I had to go get my grandma and aunt from the airport. Nothing had been whipped down, found food wrappers between the table and bed in one room, etc. As well, I had to wash the pillow cases and sheets again as they didn't smell fresh. Not dirty just smelled like they had been sitting in a washer too long or in a damp area too long. It just really needs a deep cleaning, shampoo carpets, etc. to refresh it.
