Wonderful stay for my Bachelorette! The host shared multiple options for wine tasting buses and other activities, and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything you’d need for a DIY pizza party.

The home was very clean. The view is lovely and the architecture compelling. I chose this property as the photos looked very appealing, however I don't think they are quite an accurate depiction of reality. There is some wear on this property that could easily be addressed and that was a bit disappointing and did not align with the value I expected for the investment. The luxury outdoor kitchen did not work, could never get the fire to remain lit and the grill never heated (with a full tank of propane). The interior kitchen is fairly well equipped but any novice cook would quickly notice the lack of rubber spatulas/scrapers. The bunk room needs some sprucing. It felt more like a space in a kids summer camp cabin, instead of a room in a retreat. The AvantStay concierges were lovely to work with. I would rent another property connected to AvantStay again, but probably not this home.

Lovely Paso Hilltop Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 7 adults had a fun, relaxing stay at "Renata's Retreat." Beds were very comfortable, house is lovely, kitchen is a good size and well-stocked. Our only issues were water-related with a couple faucets (loose fixtures, low pressure), only hot water in master sinks and the taste of the water from filter tap in kitchen. Overall, we would recommend the property for the nicely appointed spaces, quiet location with beautiful view and the fun activities from pool to garage games.

This place is phenomenal. My friends and I had such a a great weekend. Basically no complaints at all, but as other reviews mention just know the pool isn't heated (but you also have a hot tub!) Views were gorgeous and the property has tons of space. I'd love to come back.

Awesome stay

Was a perfect stay in the Paso area. Beautiful views and lovely property. The kids particularly enjoyed the game room. The large living / kitchen space is very inviting and perfect for cooking a large family meal. Want to go back and stay again!

Beautiful home, so much fun

3 families loved staying in this property. Very comfortable, clean and spacious. 4 full bedrooms plus a loft with bunk beds. House was stocked with everything you would need to host a large group.

Outstanding property! Large common spaces, comfortable bedrooms, great hot tub, and stunning location for a mid-winter escape. Well located for a variety of day trips that enabled us to make the most of iffy weather. Would certainly return if the opportunity arises!

Gorgeous view

The house was situation in a gorgeous part of Paso Robles. We loved the view and the privacy. Could have been cleaner and a few appliances broke during our stay, but the property manager got someone over to fix ASAP and discounted our stay.
