Great stay

Staff were very friendly. The property was clean and had plenty of pools for everyone to enjoy.

Enjoyed the property but…..

The property and amenities were great. The view was wonderful. The unit itself is in need of new mattresses. The bedroom with the king & full bed were horrible. We felt like we sunk to the floor. The chair next to the sliding glass door sunk to the floor as well.

Dirty

This property was filthy. We checked in an hour late because that is when the cleaner finished the room. Multiple issues with the room and its filth. The bed sheets and comforters had black hairs all over it. Sand all over the floor. Sugar all over the counter. Tubs were filthy. Dirty Linen. Whomever the cleaner was (or wasn’t) horrible. But, I cleaned it myself and than they sent cleaners to come clean the condo again. After that, everything was ok.
