Available Feb 14, 26 to Feb 21, 26. Perfect for two couples, families with kids or group of friends. Close to slopes (walking distance), restaurants downtown/ HOT Springs.

FREE parking and shuttle to slopes and downtown.

Discounts offered for booking all 7 nights, mobile, last minute booking and VRBO/ Expedia member. Rates include regular/ customary cleaning fee.

Beautiful 2 BDR/ 2B condo close to Steamboat ski slopes. The unit is light and spacious open space concept with appliances and furniture designed to accommodate 6 people, two families/ couples.
The living room has a sleeping queen sofa and is to share. The 2 bedrooms have their own bathrooms and closets. The apartment is designed for privacy - the two bedrooms are at the opposite sites of the living/kitchen/dining area.

There is an outside storage room for the ski/ snowboard equipment and gear situated by the entrance door.
The unit has a FREE dedicated parking spot outside and the staff can make accommodations for extra parking as needed.
There is FREE BUSS/ SHUTTLE to/from the mountain and to the downtown area.

All taxes are included in the total rental price except personal incidentals that are the renter's responsibility. Please leave the unit clean especially the kitchen and empty the trash out just like your own house.

Great location, great value, close but no cigar on quality

The place is perfect for skiing - 75 yard walk to bus line taking you straight to mountain. It's one of the first stops, so you can always get a seat and are among the first to be dropped off in the afternoon, but it does mean it takes maybe 20 minutes for the bus to make all the other stops before dropping you for skiing.The condo is very functional, but could use better quality kitchenware and bedding. Everything works, but the pots and pans are similar to the cheapest stuff you can get from Walmart... and many of the handles on the pans were dangerously loose. I had to use a paperclip as a screw driver to tighten some of the handles enough that the pan wouldn't accidentally dump its hot contents when lifting the pan off the stove. The mattresses are comfortable, but the bedspreads, blankets, pillows, and sheets are like an old Motel 6.All that said... everything works, it's a great location, and it's a better value than most of the stuff around it.

Hello, Thank you for your interesting review although I wish it would have been better especially considering the low price and discount you received. I have been in Steamboat quite a lot and it’s a beautiful location including the small resort where my condo is. I inquired with the resort regarding your issues with the pots and pans and they have not had any complaints from tourists that stayed there during December or January including yourself. If you had issues you could just simply walk across at the office and ask for a replacement- they would have accommodate you right away and it would have been an opportunity for them to improve on the spot. We as owners try to look after and improve immediately especially for pot with a dysfunctional handle! I have a close relationship with the office members and they graciously went and inspected the kitchen and the entire condo. Your comparison with Motel 6 is quite far fetched (I wonder if you stayed there) The condo is a beautiful mountain theme and if you are used with the Ritz then maybe next time you should stay there. At this location there are quite an abundance of people that own and come back every year so the units are kept very well. Steamboat is definitely close to the best skiing that you can get not only in CO but in USA and especially that close to the slopes. You can choose bus around the corner of the resort or simply walking for about 15 minutes. Everybody does it and it’s pretty healthy too. Mahalo! Thank you! Sheraton offers I believe ski in-out but easily triple the price for a 2bdr condo in the New Year’s week.

We like to travel ourselves and like to ski. We have been around the world in different places and wanted to have something for the winter in Steamboat as we liked it very much the first time we visited years back.

We love when people are hospitable and try to make us feel just like home. This condo and the whole entire Steamboat village and area has exactly what we are looking for.
