The condo was a dump. Practically everything in the place was 20 years old. I wouldn’t stay there again for anything.

4th of July get away

Overall it was a great stay! We were walking distance to the gandolas and the drone show. The unit itself was cozy and inviting. The bbq grill on the balcony was a plus! The only thing we noticed was the hallway had a pungy smell but other than that everything else was great.

Skiin, walk out condo next to mountain. Great hot tubs, sauna and workout room. Easy parking. Unit on second floor. No elevator. Ski locker available. Awesome location. Will stay here again.

Great access ski in/out

We stayed at SkiInn 226. Conveniently located in middle of three buildings and near the check-in, laundry and hot tubs/locker room. Ski lockers located just inside building doors and very short skate-ski to the hill. Maybe 75-100 yards flat to gradual climb to reach downhill to gondola. Returning from skiing can ski right to the sidewalk to enter the condo building. Our two bedroom was perfect with similar amenities to other ski condos we've stayed in. Highly recomend for ski-in/ski-out.

Great 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo.

The condo was very nice in a good location next to the gondola run. Two things I could see being a problem. I didn’t have any problem parking but I could see that would be an area that might fill up during busy weekends. The second is the ski and out advertising. It wasn’t as bad as some of the reviews indicate, but it was certainly not ski and ski out. There was a 10 minute or so walk to the slope up a very slight incline. I was fortunate enough to have snow to walk on but I could see that early / late season, that might turn into mud. The home was in good condition and adequately supplied everything you need for an enjoyable ski vacation. I would definitely stay here again, two beds, and two baths within walking distance to the slope. Awesome!

Solid condo

Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. If you’re looking for luxury this isn’t it, but for the price the location and condo were perfect.

Comfortable well located condo with cabin feel

Really enjoyed our stay at Ski Inn 226! Condo was clean and tastefully decorated. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for our needs. Condo is end unit and it was very quiet. Ample windows/sunlight. Ski locker is provided and is close to the unit and conveniently located by doors on the way to head out the mountain. Condo is conveniently located next to building where welcome office, hot tubs and laundry are located. The shuttle service was awesome to get to downtown Steamboat for dinner or ride back up from the gondola base. All staff from front desk to shuttle drivers were awesome and super helpful. Ski in / out is a little bit of work to get on /off slope just fyi if you have littles. There are multiple sets of stairs to get to unit and no elevator for folks where this could be problematic. The bathrooms are sufficient, have lots of places to hang & store items but are on the smaller side. We were totally fine but just to note. Ample storage to hang clothes or place in dressers. This is an ideal condo for a family of 4 or friends getaway of 3-4 adults. I would absolutely stay at Ski Inn 226 again. Notes to VACASA: Would be nice to have overhead lights in bedrooms, got very dim at night with only nightstands. Dusting of overhead fans would be nice so they can be utilized even in winter months for air flow.

Great condo - we were in town for the enduro mountain bike race and having a two bed two bath condo with 3 separate beds was perfect. A very well appointed kitchen made cooking a breeze after long race days. Would definitely stay again

A big-band of a time

It was my first time to Steamboat. I talked my buddies out of the Rabbit Ear Motel to stay at Ski Inn. We were ALL glad I did. Place was clean, nice view of mountain, and, most importantly, we could walk and ride a trail right into the Gondola area of the resort. The shuttle service was a great touch. With the WORLD RECORD FIREWORK launching, everyone was in town and parking was tough. The shuttle was perfect solution to getting downtown and back.

Clean and Comfy

The property was clean and comfy. We had nearly everything we needed. The downside is that we were two families with small kids sharing the space, and it was pretty tight. If I returned, it would be good for just one family and not shared.
