This is the nicest house for special occasions in Colorado Springs. It is used as a primary residence, but it rents out when we vacation and for USAFA events (this is a USAFA grad-owned property) or holidays. The house is 8,000 sqft and was built for luxury and hosting. It overlooks a golf course with some of the best views of Pikes Peak in the city. Behind it is a 900 acre city park giving the property privacy while being centrally located.
We will consider renting for all USAFA events as well as holidays or family events. However, you must coordinate with us due to the fact that we actually live in this house full-time and vacation when we rent it.
The kitchen is outfitted with luxury appliances, two islands, two sinks, and two dishwashers making hosting a graduation party an easy occasion. The master bedroom boasts a steam shower and unobstructed mountain views with a walk out onto the concrete deck. There are three additional bedrooms with private baths, all of which are well appointed. The final bedroom does not have an attached bathroom.
The downstairs is roughly 3,000 sqft and has a 26 foot bar with top-grade granite. The full double sliding doors allow a walk out onto the lower patio and yard which overlook the golf course and the mountains. There is a theater room which seats 10-12. A waterfall fills out the ambiance of the downstairs as well.
The entire home has an integrated audio system and zonal air conditioning making it extremely comfortable. There is an office with high speed wireless Internet in case you need to work while here.
Grad week is a fixed price with a flexible number of nights which we coordinate each year with our guests based on their needs. Contact us for pricing for future years as we are fine booking multiple years in advance. We also invite our grad week family to come stay for a planning trip (included as part of our grad package at no extra charge) during the preceding year to get familiarized with the home and plan for graduation. We can assist with organizing or advising bartenders and caterers if needed.
