Cette belle maison de plage comprend une douche extérieure. La maison est installée dans un quartier super calme sans circulation réelle comme dans une cour .. Le premier niveau a deux chambres et une salle de bains, le deuxième niveau a un salon, une salle à manger et une cuisine. Suite parentale avec salle de bain principale et immenses placards. 3 Decks, le plus grand au deuxième niveau mais un deck à chaque niveau. Le pont principal dispose d'un nouveau barbecue à gaz. Nouveau carrelage dans les salles de bain. Plafonds voûtés de 20 pi dans le salon. Cheminée, mobilier et lumières personnalisés, plein de trucs antiques et de plage. Asseyez-vous sur le pont arrière pour regarder les couchers de soleil à la fin de l'été et à l'automne. Par temps clair, vous pouvez entendre les vagues se briser. Cette maison de plage est près de 70 caves et salles de dégustation. Du plaisir pour tous! Dégustation de vins, café, fabuleux restaurant, magasin général, surf, bains de soleil et séjour dans une belle maison personnalisée pour votre confort.

Wonderful! House is spacious, clean, well-appointed, quiet, and a quick walk to the beach. We stayed with our family, and there is even a children’s play corner in the living room with nice toys. The three and six year olds loved them. Perfect beach house.

Peaceful Stay at Aptos

We had a peaceful and enjoyable stay at this Aptos house. The rooms and entire home were very clean.The neighborhood was quiet and a three minute walk to the beach. It’s a short drive to Sta. Cruz. We would definitely consider booking this place again in the future.

July summer visit in Rio del Mar

Everything was straight forward, easy access, WiFi was great, location to town and beach were convenient, the rental was clean, beautiful, comfortable and fully stocked with all necessities. The surrounding area had a nice coffee shop, a great little grill, a small market as well as scenic cliff trails to hike. David was easy to contact and stay in touch with when needed. We could have stayed there for months. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful Beach House

Great location, within walking distance to the beach. The house is beautifully furnished, very clean and well stocked. Lovely, inside and out. We would like to vacation there again next Summer.

We had a wonderful stay. Property was clean and spacious. 5 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of ice made by the freezer. Nice grill for cooking. We had a great stay.

Best Beach House experience

Great Get Away

We loved staying at the property. The house was very well equiped and very comfortable to stay at. David reached out to us several times to make sure everything was just right. On top of the great place to stay, it was about a 5 minute walk to the beach!

Fabulous house for a get away

Amazing home, very clean, comfy beds and has everything you would need for your stay. Two short blocks to the beach and restaurants. Great outdoor space with plenty of seating and a grill. Feels like a cozy home and the décor is adorable. Highly recommend choosing this home for your stay in Aptos!

Golfing Getaway

How wonderful it was to be on the coast! The house is walking distance to the beach and a quick drive to Seascape golf! The layout of the house offered privacy for the 3 of us and the kitchen was quite well stocked with pots, pans, toaster, etc. to make meals. The neighborhood is tight and we did hear some partying but nothing that kept us up. Overall, it was a fabulous stay! Thank you David!

Margaritaville

It has a great tropical feel with privacy. My family loved how comfortable the 3 level home was, with the kids having there own private area. We love walking five minutes to and from the beach and local restaurants it was very convenient. The Margaritaville sign inspired us to go there for our first night and was a lot of fun.

Perfect Thanksgiving

Staying at this property was perfect. My family lives close by so it was the perfect sport for our thanksgiving/my birthday dinner. The house had plenty for the kids to play with and a well stocked cabinet of pans for cooking dinner. It was also nice to have the battery operated candles since the storm made the power go out the first night.

Hidden gem

On a quiet court this little gem hides. It's max 10min (with kids!) to the beach and has a lovely deck for when you get back. It's fully stocked with all that you could possibly need (including toys for kids). We had an amazing time here and would highly recommend anyone else needing a getaway to check this one out.

Really relaxing and easy

The house was very welcoming - comfortably furnished, well-stocked with cooking supplies, with generous congregation spaces both outside and inside and amenably sized room. The location of the house was the best - within a few minutes walk of the beach, and the beach had a long expanse for walking; and within a short drive of hiking and other activities. We loved it. And the manager was great.

Spacious comfy quiet beach house

Lovely home 5-10 min walk from the beach. We really appreciated the warm private outdoor shower and the kids toys. Fresh linens and extra cozy blankets, variety of mattresses and pillows to suit everyone’s preferences. Well equipped kitchen and excellent communication and hospitality. Very clean but one guest had trouble with their very sensitive dust allergies with all the silk plants.

Birthday for Dad!

We found this amazing house while looking for a place to stay visiting family in CA and celebrating my dad's 75th birthday. We found the house extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our five days. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies along with a really nice gas grill that we used for dinner one night. The location is great with access to the beach, a coffee shop, a mini mart and a couple cool restaurants. The house is also very close to several shopping areas including a supermarket, drug store, liquor stores and many more. We will definitely consider returning on our next trip!
