Located on Line Street just a few blocks away from the action of King and Spring where you can enjoy some of Charleston's best local dining. Check out our guidebook for some personal favorites!

The unit is located on the second floor of a small commercial building. There are 4 total units in the building: 2 ground floor commercial units, and 2 second floor apartments.

Apartment comes fully equipped with outdoor patio, linens, towels, blankets, 1 queen size bed, and 1 queen size pull out couch. The outdoor patio is located on the ground level behind the building.

Included with your reservation is ONE spot in our parking lot.

This wonderful cultural city also offers galleries, museums, gorgeous churches, carriage tours, great shopping, and the beach is just minutes away. When renting a car we suggest reserving an economy size for parking purposes.

Uber works great to get around the city. Most attractions are within a short walk/drive of the property.

Household items/appliances include microwave, coffee maker, fridge, toaster, oven, hairdryer, iron and board, dishes, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, soap, W/D, and laundry detergent.

When we unpacked, there was a dirty pair of mens underwear in the closet, no hairdryer, no regular coffee pods, no drinking glasses other than wine glasses and the shower rod did t stay attached and the shower curtain kept falling off. The bed is almost on the floor, the clean sheets and towels are not folded well and tossed in the closet and there is literally nothing to hang a towel on in the bathroom. The garbage was overflowing in the parking area and it just felt gross. Very disappointing.

Host was responsive and accommodating. Property was very nice and perfect for two people on vacation.

Very nice set up just needs some minor updates. Commode did not flush properly. Has a bad smell after flushing. Not enough hot water for a shower. The mattress needs replaced.

A break in Charleston

the property is very clean, well equipped and all is made to make you feel welcome. Access and check in were easy - parking spot is appreciated - We received clear instructions on time. Some nice restaurants are within walking distance. It was a short drive to the Historic District and all the wonderful places in Charleston. We will definitely recommend this property. small suggestion though : you might want to add a coffee maker for those who are not big on Keurig.

Charming apartment in historic Charleston. Very walkable area. Host was very attentive to our questions and accommodating for a little earlier check-in. Very clean and comfortable.

Great location, cute place!

We had a wonderful weekend in Charleston! The place was small, but cute and clean. Felt very secure with the keypad, and the parking space was great. We walked everywhere, and felt safe leaving my car with no worries. Can't wait to visit again!

Small place good location

Its a small condo with absolutely no storage space in the bathroom or bedroom. The bathroom has NO counter space to place toiletries, nor any shelving. You have to use the toilet as your space. The bedroom has room for a dresser so that you dont have to live out of your suitcase, on the floor (because that is the only option), and so that you can set your toiletries on, but the owner provided NO such option. The closet was crammed with towels and a bed frame, (that we moved to the laundry room) just so we could hang a few clothes. The plumbing in the bathroom gurgled every time the toilet flushes and at times you could smell the septic. I would never rent this unit again but it was a good location for some very good small restaurants.

We enjoyed this property for a long weekend. The property was very nice, clean, and inviting. The property is not particularly within walking distance to King Street/activities within Charleston so if you don’t have a car available Ubers would be necessary. There was a nice parking spot to put our car in. On-site washer/dryer was very convenient. Patio in the back driveway was fun to relax on. The property is close to a busy road with a lot of action, noisy in the mornings. They provided a nice amount of blankets, soaps, paper towels, etc. Overall a really nice property that we would stay at again.

Great place and location

If you want to be walking distance to this area its the perfect location. If you have a car great off-street parking is available. This property is perfect for one person or a couple. I wouldn't recommend more than two people. Bed is very comfortable as well. I would stay here again in a blink of an eye.

Peaceful getaway

Beautiful place and very clean! Peaceful and yet walking distance to so much. LOVED that it has the additional outside door that the tenant only has the key to for extra security/peace of mind since I was alone. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place

Very secure and quiet place to stay. It’s about a 10 minute walk to King St. Several little convenience stores just a few blocks away. The washer and dryer in the unit were a huge plus. We highly recommend this place to stay.

Great Place for 1 or 2 people

The property is nice, modern, clean and well maintained. This property is on a second floor ( stairs only). Nice deck in the back. No real draw backs. I would suggest in the bathroom to place non-slip rugs, tub mat. Also shower needs a shower curtain liner! Not far from Charleston with car/ Uber/Lyft. I'm not sure about walking since I'm not familiar with the neighborhood. Nice to have ice and water upon arrival as well. Will stay again next time in town.

Cute place, decent location

The apartment was really cute and perfect for two people. A few minor suggestions I have is the key lockbox was really tricky to open, there should be communication from the owner about how to use it. The toilet has some odd plumbing issues where you have to hold the handle down and then after it flushes, the sink starts gurgling. The thermostat was impossible to figure out… other than that, it was nice. Location wise, it’s about 10 min until you get the northern king street and from there, another 20-30 to walk it all the way down. If this apartment was a tad closer to king, I’d stay again.

Cute, clean, cosy, comfy and charming. A little noisy in the morning but a great stay. Very generous with things like paper towels, coffee, creamer, towels, TP and other amenities as opposed to most vacation rentals we’ve stayed at. All it needed was a cookie sheet or something to cook pizza and cinnamon rolls on.

This was a unique, well remodeled property, clean and nicely decorated. Easy to find and close to public transportation. Very well stocked with all the necessities! Back of the building outdoor patio. Air conditioned and a nice washer and dryer! It is a small upstairs apartment that works for two people. Had a lot of decor that took up space which was limited. There was a pretty intense smell of chemical fragrance but plenty of windows for fresh air which we needed! I was able to rewash the bedding and towels which helped. No hooks or luggage space and a bit of trouble with the toilet flushing. Overall a good stay!

Beautiful!

Beautifully decorated with all the little extras like ice machine, light dimmers, coffee, popcorn, etc. Didn’t see on the listing that it is a second floor, but stairway is very well lit! No bedroom dresser or shelves for storage, but we found empty spaces in the common areas. Host was always response within 30 min. Loved this place and location! Would recommend and will book again if we return to Charleston.

A few issues

Dishes, silverware, and cooking pans were put away dirty in the. Cabinets by the previous guests. I do not know why the cleaning team did not check this, or the dishwasher that contained dirty silverware. Plumbing issues involving the toilet were addressed by the owner with two service calls, but the problem was not rectified by the time we left after the third night in this unit. A great deal of time was spent on folding towels and paper products, but not enough time was spent on checking for cleanliness.
