Coastal private apartment 15 minutes from the BEACH with ten foot ceilings, kitchenette, stacked washer/dryer in unit, and own patio. Private master bedroom ensuite features King Size bed, nightstands, dresser, storage closet, 30 in Roku tv, and huge walk-in shower. Living area has loveseat, 5O inch LCD Roku television, work area desk and dinette. Kitchenette has refrigerator, microwave, and small appliances. 42 inch cabinets offer pantry space and serving utensils for food preparation.

Working while waiting for grandchild #2

I needed a place to stay, close to my family and also work while waiting for my 2nd grandchild. This was the perfect place. It was close to my family and was clean and quiet to allow me to work during the early morning into the afternoon. I would defintely stay here again when we visit the family.

A Wonderful Vacation Spot!

This cozy getaway destination is a gem! The location is convenient, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, pickleball courts, and many surrounding sites. During our 3 week stay, we were always exploring our surroundings and having fun. The private apartment is very well maintained, and the surroundings were very quiet. Janine was very attentive to all of our needs, and answered many questions. We absolutely loved our stay, and can't recommend this enough.

Clean, new, and great location

This place was incredibly clean and seemed new. The hosts were very accommodating. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The proximity to the St Lucie River was wonderful. Looking forward to next time.

Quiet, relaxing, convenient

had a very easy check- in process, I stayed 11 days and it was convenient to all the amenities one would need. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful! The place was organized with everything one would need, it was clean and comfy! you could tell there is pride in ownership and upkeep! would definitely stay there again!!

Apartment is actually nicer than the pictures lead on, beautiful bathroom, very clean and quiet perfect size for myself and my husband. Close to everything we needed. We will rent again.

Excellent place for a short getaway.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The wife and I walk early and there are so many nice places to walk within a very short distance. We really liked that. The apartment is small, but plenty of room for two people. Had all the amenities needed. I want to say what a pleasure it was to work with Janine. She really helped us out by extending our stay an extra day. Thanks again. Jim

AMAZING Apt-Close to the beach and more!

Host offered to meet us but we elected to use their "no contact" check-in. Lovely, quiet neighborhood literally 15 minutes from the pretiest beach you'veever seen with free parking and admission! The apartment is brand new and was exactly as pictured. King-sized master bedroom suite. Spacious living area with fold out sofa bed, big enough for my wife and I, and a big screen TV. Gorgeous bath and shower, all appliances (the washer/dryer unit is evidentally on order), linens and towels (all white because they bleach them between guests). We walked to a shopping area with places like "Tacos and Beer, "Lefty's Bar and Grill" and even McD's. From the shopping area is a brand new riverwalk to a free botanical garden with plants from all over thr world! A short drive takes you to free tennis courts, The Collinades fine outdoor dining and Hurricanes Grill with outdoor service. We even caught a baseball game at the world class Met's Stadium spring training.
