We’re also very sorry the AC didn’t work. That should have been addressed immediately, and we’re having maintenance inspect the system to ensure it’s fully operational for future guests. Thank you as well for noting the WiFi password was not displayed in the condo. That’s an easy fix, and we’re updating the in-unit information so network details are clearly posted and easy to find. We also appreciate your suggestion about replacing carpeting in the common areas, especially the stairs.
