We have completely renovated the entire first floor in our home that was built in 1902. Conveniently located in the Historic Fort Wood district, one block to UTC campus and less than 2 miles to downtown Chattanooga. You will have access to the entire first floor of our home. There is a separate entrance for the long term tenants living upstairs. We provide free parking in the back of our home, for two vehicles. We do have ring doorbells on both the front and back doors for added safety.
Absolutely beautiful! Clean & comfortable! Iâm a sucker for hardwood floors and this place has them. The bed is extremely comfortable, I drifted off as soon as my head hit the pillow. A for having free parking in this neighborhood! I was able to safely leave my car, walk to my destination and not have to worry about any tickets. Super convenient. Thank you for allowing me refuge in your beautiful home. I will definitely stay again next time Iâm in Chattanooga.
Great location. Make sure you bring your own toilet paper; she only provides a âstarter rollâ. You have to go around the back of the house via a back of the house alley/road. She does not tell you this. Thatâs fine but it would have been nice if she had told me this ahead of time.
This property and location was fine. The service and communication were poor. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. We only had one clean towel for 4 guests. There was a pile of dirty towels on the bathroom floor which WE washed. The upstairs tenants took the parking spaces for the evenings meaning we had to risk receiving a ticket for parking on the street. The upstairs tenants also smoked marijuana indoors which carried down to our unit. We will need to wash all our clothes. We thoroughly cleaned the porch swing and chairs so we could sit out front. The kitchen was also full of cobwebs. We will not stay here again.
Very clean and updated rental. Beds were comfy and neighborhood was quiet. Upstairs tenant was quiet too. One minor detail, had to punch the code to unlock the door several times before it worked. Not a big deal though. Highly recommend.
This rental is in a beautiful neighborhood with old houses and tree lined streets. One bedroom was very nice. The second bedroom was a bit makeshift. And the kitchen was OK. The overhead lights were stark lighting. It was a good value. And could be made even nicer with a few extra touches.
Directions to property, spot on. Easy to check in.There was COFFEE!!!!!!!! Clean, essentials were there. Water pressure to be desired, but not terrible
Clean for the most part, only issue is the tenants upstairs not noisy but because the floors are wood, and they wear work boots their footsteps were loud in the morning. Overall good close to all attractions and restaurants.
Great place for a quiet stay. Plenty of room for our family - the living room area was a nice place to relax and read. Great location and easy parking. Pat and Erin were great hosts. Would definitely stay again.
Get location. Very convenient driving to all we wanted to do.
Charming older home that has been nicely restored, in a historical district. Would definitely stay here again.
The cleanest, most equipped short term rental we have ever rented. Quiet neighborhood, excellent parking space. Kudos to whomever does the cleaning. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Would definitely stay again! Very comfortable beds. The only thing we missed having was ice trays. Beautiful property and house.
Iâm a sucker for a solid âhistoricâ home. It was perfect for our stay, beds were cozy, layout was perfect, amenities were on point! Would definitely book again and recommend to anyone staying in the Chattanooga area. Perfectly located close enough to restaurants and attractions, but also far enough away to enjoy the quiet.
Loved our stay in this beautiful old house. The beds were super comfy and the place was perfectly quiet and in a great location for seeing all the tourist sites in Chattanooga. Also close to some amazing restaurants! We had one small issue arise during our stay and the host responded quickly and everything was fixed by the time we were home from dinner.
