Jacksonville Beach is FULL of Unique shops, restaurants, and activities! This Beachside Condo is located in a gated community with private Beach access! Literally walk outside your back door and walk straight out to the Beach!

Everything you could want to do is within walking distance! Also, bikes, scooters, and other recreational beach needs are available for rental. Jacksonville Beach offers free "beach buggy" rides around the area. Uber and Lift are another popular option.

Some spaces are shared — Pool, parking lot, grilling, laundry room and outdoor areas are all shared common areas.

The others staying at the property were quite It was a great experience. Nice access to the beach, pool looked nice and quite. Check-in was easy, checkout was just as easy.The bed was ok, but all in all it was a wonderful stay. Everything went seamless. Thank You for a wonderful weekend away!

Walked away

The unit was not as advertised. It's a pull-down bed that the rented has to make. Everything is cramped and not what was expected. Additionally, the AC was down and the unit had a contraption that blew air so powerfully that it really bothered my wife. After much consideration we decided not to stay there and contacted the rental couple to advise them of our decision. They offered a discount but we refused. Unless we receive a full credit we will be forced to file an official complaint with a range of authorities.

The perfect lil' get away!

Its the perfect hideaway after enjoying all of what Jax has and does offer. My hosts were receptive and attentive to the point where I did not have a need during my stay. Isn't that what its about anyway. Thank you

Perfect beachside getaway

This was a perfect, cozy little getaway for our t weekend, valentine's vacation. Very clean quiet. Really enjoyed the view of yhe ocean with the large sliding window that we kept open while we were in the room. The murphy bed was comfortable and easy to use. The battery remotes were all dead and the window could have used a screen to keep the bugs out.Those were the only small inconvenience. Fantastic property overall!

Quick Getaway

My husband and I stayed for three nights at A Wave from it all for a quick trip for the Jaguars v Titans game. The property was in the perfect location, just steps to the beach, was very clean and we definitely would stay at this property again.

4th Stay, better than OK!

We keep coming back to this property. It is a great, quiet location central to the fun of Jax beaches and the city. It is small, but just right for two. The hosts always have everything clean and ready and make checkout a breeze. Looking forward to our next visit.

Enjoyable Stay

The property delivered on everything that it promised! The views of the beach and sunrise were magnificent. The property was beyond clean and aesthetic. The property is a bit small but it was just my husband and I. We were comfortable. We, especially appreciated the central location of the VRBO.

Great getaway!

Loved my stay at the condo! It was clean and perfect for me! Very quiet and allowed me the quiet time I needed. The owners were very responsive to my questions. I will definitely be back.

Beautiful and Convenient Location

The property was in a convenient location and close to many amenities. It was nice to wake up, walk out on the deck, and see the sunrise. The view of the beach at night was also spectacular.

The place is clean, nice location. We did not know we had to assemble the bed and sleeping on the floor almost. With 2 small pillows, not good for older people. The shower had no hot water. We had to leave after only 1 night out of the 4 reserved because of Hurricane Debbie. Not sure if my old body could have take more on that camping bed.

Celebrating 30th Wedding Anniversary

Our first visit to Jacksonville Beaches, but definitely won’t be our last! The property was clean, accessible to the beach and the property manager was so friendly and easy to contact. We truly enjoyed our stay. Perfect for 2.☺️

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay in Jax Beach. Central to all major attractions and only a 30 minute drive down A1A to St Augustine! We rode our bikes to most restaurants. The only thing we had a problem with was having to pull out the bed each night. The mattress was perfect for a 1 night stay, it was too thin to sleep on multiple nights in a row. I would definitely return to use this property again if I needed to stay in Jax Beach again in the future..

Lovely Condo.

Great condo and location! Very clean, comfortable, and right on the beach as advertised. Check in and out was easy and seamless. I would just say that it would have been nice to know ahead of time that I had to put the bed together. That was unexpected. Also the beach access is over a dune. Not a problem for most people, but could be a problem for some. These are the only cons. Over all, an excellent experience!

Couples Beach Getaway

Location, location, location! This property was directly on the water with private beach access, private pool, and is close to everything! The space was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and is PERFECT for a couple. I wouldn't recommend for a family, but it was exactly what my husband and I wanted. The Murphy bed was super easy to set up and very comfy. The host was very responsive, had all the basic necessities provided - even a surprise bottle of wine (& wine opener). We cannot wait to return!

YES, this is truly ocean front with spectacular views! It is not across the street or a block away, it has perfect unobstructed views of the beach and Atlantic Ocean!

Amenities such as pool, grill, private parking, laundry and access points are community shared spaces. The unit has a specific parking spot directly in front of the door marked with matching unit number. There are also additional "guest" marked spaces throughout for additional parking (you may have two cars total) If guest spots are taken, there is public parking next door.
