The sleeping area features a comfortable bed with cotton linens, firm and soft pillow options, and a sound machine for a solid night of rest. The living area includes a smart TV and a dedicated coffee corner with a Keurig brewer and k-cups — so your morning routine starts before your feet ever hit the sand. The full bathroom comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A large mini-fridge with freezer handles groceries for longer stays.

High-speed WiFi keeps you connected. Beach towels are provided so you can head straight to the water without unpacking your car. Keyless entry means no front desk, no check-in lines — arrive when you are ready. The hosts live nearby and are available if anything comes up, though most guests find everything seamless.

Step outside and Mellow Mushroom is a 4-minute walk for craft beer and pizza after a beach day. Salt Life Food Shack is 5 minutes on foot — order the fish tacos and sit outside. Refinery Jax Beach, known for oceanview dining, is 6 minutes away. Publix is a 2-minute drive for groceries. Check-in is fully contactless via keyless entry. WiFi details and everything you need are in your guest portal before arrival. The studio is cleaned and disinfected between every stay. Carbon monoxide and smoke detectors are installed.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.
