1BR beach condo in Jacksonville Beach with direct beach access and a community pool just steps away! This bright and airy 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo offers stunning ocean breezes and park views from your private balcony. Enjoy a comfortable king-size bed, Smart Roku TV, full kitchen with Keurig, high-speed WiFi, and central AC. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels, beach wagon, and assigned off-street parking. Perfect for couples and solo travelers, you’re walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shops, with easy access to TPC Sawgrass and downtown Jacksonville. Book now to secure your unforgettable seaside retreat!

The exterior construction maintenance at our building is FINISHED! :)

Laundry facilities are available - and are located on the main parking level. Additional directions for them are provided in the condo. Some amenities are nearby - an additional fee may be required. Golf, Bike Rental, etc.

This condo is located in the Beachcomber complex. All specific details are provided with a confirmed reservation. We have a brand new set of mattresses as well as king topper. **We have a brand new King Mattress that just arrived on March 30, 2026! Exciting! And we make the bed with an additional King Topper for more comfort.

We loved the location and loved how the unit was stocked with just about everything you need. Having beach chairs, an umbrella and wagon were a nice touch. It was great to have a week to wake up to the sun shining in the bedroom and not needing an alarm clock!

The condo was perfect and very comfortable. I was aware there was some construction going on, and I did question that before I booked. I was told said there was still some minor construction work which was incorrect. If you sat out on your deck, you either looked out at scaffolding, workers or a dumpster. The host was very kind to let me extend my stays and gave me a late check out time as I had an early appointment the Mayo Clinic. I would definitely book again, but would want to make sure there was no construction going on..

When you inquired - we did say they are still painting the exterior but all of the major work had been completed. Because the building is 3 stories - they did need to use scaffolding in order to be able to reach to paint. We love this place!

Our 2nd time staying and we love this place! Short walk to the ocean, lots of great restaurants and shops around! The bed is super comfy and it's just perfect for us. We love also having the pool if we aren't wanting to get all dandy! We will be back!

Great little getaway

The condo had everything we needed. It was very clean and organized. Checking in and out was very easy. The location was very convenient...near the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Great location and access to beach, pool and park. Area was surprisingly quiet (a good thing!) for summertime—given we typically have gone to Myrtle Beach. Things we’d prefer: greater ease of parking (SUV) and more substantial mattress. Charming little place and pleased to “meet” Jax Beach!

Short Family Weekend

This spot was perfect for the two of us. We loved the location near the beach and the layout and space were just what was advertised. It was nearby the places we got together with family. Easy to find, clean, well appointed. It was our first attempt at a VRBO reservation and we now hope to use one again in the future.

We loved staying here as it was so close to the beach and in a quiet facility next to a park

We also responded to your question BEFORE you booked and advised we were not handicap accessible and also had stairs and you elected to book anyway. We always find it interesting when guests review us based on what they "wanted" vs what we actually "have". We encourage all guests to read our entire description/listing - and if you have questions - please ask in advance. And then after your stay - please be respectful and review us based on what we actually offer & what our property actually is instead of what your wish list was.
