Bienvenue chez J&B Beach Properties!

Situé à 2 pâtés de maisons de la plage, ce condominium de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bains vous place au cœur de Jacksonville Beach à quelques minutes de la bonne nourriture, des brasseries, de la location de vélos, du TPC Sawgrass et des centres commerciaux. Ce condo a été récemment rénové et meublé, ce qui vous donne un sentiment de chez-soi.

Host was communicative about checkin process and it was a great location for the beach. 2 bedrooms with 1 bed in each big enough to fit 3 people. One bed as a pull out couch that was in living room, was dirty when we arrived so didn’t use. However, porch was amazing and location was 10/10

It was a basic place nothing fancy but worked. We had two couples and we liked having own bathroom in each bedroom. It was not a far walk to the beach.

DISADVANTAGES: 1- parking is under the building and so tight that my truck's antenna hit the ceiling and it was impossible to park in the designated space. 2- no elevator, so we all had to walk up and down three flights of narrow stairs several times a day. 3- there was a lot of construction going on on the street along with crews of construction workers walking around. 4- locks on 3 of the 4 windows would not lock or were broken. 5- condo was advertised as a three bedroom with a queen in bedroom #3 but it was a HARD COUCH... and not even a sofa bed. 6- when trying to "make up" the sofa to sleep in, linens were stained, appeared to be used previously AND smelled very musty. 7- some towels were soiled and smelled very musty. ADVANTAGES: 1- close to beach... walking distance (3 blocks away). 2- host did respond to my texts. 3- host volunteered to refund the cleaning fee (she found out that the cleaning crew came on the wrong day therefore our place had not been properly cleaned. 4- the host approved and refunded 1/3 of the rental fee upon my request after explaining that 1/3 "bedrooms" were inaccurately advertised. IF YOU CAN EASILY TRAVERSE UP AND DOWN THREE FLIGHTS OF STEPS SEVERAL TIMES A DAY, IF YOU HAVE A SMALL CAR WITH A SHARP TURNING RADIUS, IF YOU ARE NOT CONCERNED ABOUT NOT HAVING THE SECURITY OF BEING ABLE TO LOCK YOUR WINDOWS, and IF YOU ONLY NEED TWO BEDROOMS... then you may be satisfied with this place due to its proximity to the beach.

Great condo- Excellent communication

Perfect place near beach! There was a cleaning issue when we arrived, but was quickly taken care of and handling in a very satisfactory manner. Great communication with host- would def stay here again.

Close to the beach!

We walked the beach most mornings and evenings! Very relaxing! Easy to walk to beach and restaurants! Enjoyed live music at the pavilion! Will be back The condo was great and had most items we needed! The owners were very attentive and helpful!

Family Trip!

This is our second time staying at this location, and we love it! The distance to the beach is great for our little ones to be able to walk! We love how clean and comfortable the condo is! We will definitely be back again!

Perfect Location!

Loved the condo! So cute, perfectly set up for our family of 4. Great location- only a couple minutes from the condo to walking the sand on the beach. We all enjoyed our short getaway before moving our kids into college. Will definitely stay again!

2nd Time Staying

We love staying in this house. It's our home away from home. Very cozy and easy 5 minutes walk to the beach. Beanna is super spead with her response time. She is great.

Wonderful escape close to Jacksonville beach

Reasonably priced option just a block from the beach. Newer kitchen had just enough utensils to support our food preparation for 4. Roku TV in every room was nice. Beds were comfy, high top table accomodated our game play when not enjoying the surroundings. Restaurant across the street is very good.

Excellent location. Two master suites was nice with private baths. Unfortunately there was construction going nonstop next door. So not a lot of peace and quiet.

The two bedroom apartment with porch, two blocks from the beach and great location!

Simple, basic two bedroom apartment with good size living room, kitchen area, and nice porch. Two king size beds, very comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Walk up on the third floor, so not for someone who has ambulatory difficulty. Short walk to the beach and very short drive to restaurants, grocery stores, and all services that you might need. The hostess Breanna answered our questions within a few minutes. We enjoyed working with her.

Okay but not great

The building is a bit "tired". Grass was overgrown and exterior common areas and stairs need to be painted. Personal belongings of other tenants are piled in the hallways, giving the place a sort of "ghetto" feel. Be prepared for a two-flight walk up with your luggage. Metal front door is dented. So not great on first impression. Interior is pretty basic but clean and serviceable for a short stay. The bedrooms do not have dressers or drawers to store clothing, so you're only option is to use the closet (if you brought hangers). Otherwise, you'll be living out of your suitcase with very little floor space to contain it. Both bedrooms have a single bedside table and lamp, which is a problem for one of you if you're sharing the bed. Other than that, the place is relatively comfortable. The beds are comfortable and the linens were clean and fresh. The furnishings are very basic, but adequate. The covered patio is quite nice. The toilet paper was almost gone when we arrived and there was only one spare roll--so we had to purchase more. The fridge does not have an icemaker, so you'll be filling and refilling ice trays. There was one glass tumbler and one wine glass. Otherwise the "glasses" were clouded plastic. All in all, I felt that we could have done better and would not rent this property again.

Great location, noisy construction

My wife & I traveled to Jacksonville Beach for an extended 3 week period. This condo has a great location to the beach, accessible to many shops & restaurants. It was easy to access, well cleaned and had nice bedding, towels & kitchen supplies. The only problem with the unit itself is the bedrooms don't have any dressers. There were some hangers, but most of our clothes had to remain in our luggage because there's no storage in the rooms other than a closet and one nightstand. So, that was a problem due to our lengthy stay. The other issue was a large construction site on the property next door. There is daily construction noise, drills, saws, etc. from 8 to 5. I was working remotely some days and this was problematic. If you're coming to Jax Beach for a long weekend to enjoy the beach, I would recommend this unit. Unfortunately, at this time, I would not recommend for a longer stay due to the lack of organizational storage in the bedrooms & loud weekday construction noise.
