24/7 guard on property with one car parking inside. Your name and car plate number will be listed at the gate for access inside the property.

Check-in / Check-out:
Private keycode will be provided for each guest to enter the condo.

Fees:
$35 fee for Parking/Entrance, paid to the complex. At the entrance gate
$5 fee per person for wristband to have access to all the amenities.

Cleaning:
$80 cleaning fee
