Ocean View Home - Contemporain mexicain, galerie d'art et équipements!

Notre modeste maison de vacances est située dans la belle communauté exclusive en bord de mer de Las Gaviotas, au cœur de la Baja Riviera ... à environ 45 minutes des États-Unis. Frontière, au sud de San Diego. Nous avons une maison familiale de vacances de 3 chambres ~ 3 salles de bain. Maximum 6 personnes, enfants compris. Malheureusement, aucun animal n'est autorisé.

VUE SUR L'OCÉAN:
Le temps ensoleillé éclate dans la saison du printemps à l'été Pour 2019, Baja nous offre un mélange de pluie, nuageux avec un temps intermittent ensoleillé, chaud et agréable. Certaines nuits sont un peu nippy, mais nous avons une cheminée et chaque chambre, y compris les salles de bains, a un radiateur mural.

Casa Franz est située au milieu du complexe, au 3ème niveau en dessous des courts de tennis, car le trafic routier est inexistant par rapport aux unités de condo de 3 étages sur le niveau arrière dont les précédents clients ont commenté et vécu comme un véritable source de contrariété. Casa Franz profite de la paix et de la tranquillité des vagues rythmiques de l'océan avec une vue sur la ceinture verte juste en face, offrant à nos clients un plaisir supplémentaire.

Ne manquez pas la saison d'hiver (octobre-mars) car nos tarifs sont plus bas et l'occasion unique de profiter du temps frais et rafraîchissant au début du solstice d'hiver. Les couchers de soleil sont particulièrement fantastiques dans les tons rouges et oranges. Nous avons une cheminée avec l'utilisation des bûches pour créer une ambiance chaleureuse au coin du feu agrémentée de nos petits radiateurs muraux intégrés dans chaque pièce, juste au cas où il ferait trop froid.

Great family vacation

The property was fantastic, and Las Gaviotas is a wonderful neighborhood. At night, the ocean and beach make great sounds, and the sunset views from the jacuzzi are stunning. Over the long weekend, the HOA brought a fresh fish taco stand/cart.

Memorial Day weekend getaway

Our family had a great time staying at Casa Franz. It had everything we needed to enjoy the long weekend. We really appreciated the supply closet with beach items and games for our kids. The frosted mugs in the freezer was also a nice surprise.

What a great place !

AMAZING house & Experience

Rented the house with some friends and family and had a great experience from the start. Arturo was VERY helpful with recommendations for the area on things to do and routes to take. And the house was amazing - super clean, nicely decorated and included games and books and was very close to the pool. I have stayed at a few rentals in Las Gaviotas and this house was my favorite. I'll definitely be back to stay next time I'm in the area.

Safe beautiful getaway

Had the most lovely time at Casa Franz! The home itself was clean, comfortable and absolutely perfect. They had everything you could need- a grill, coffee maker, blender, and more. The beds were comfortable, the amenities great and the patio perfect for enjoying meals outside. The community itself is great with a pool, jacuzzi and beach all just a short walk from the house. Can’t wait to come back!

Awesome casa!

We have been coming to Las gaviotas for awhile now and we were so pleased on how well stocked the house was. We have never stayed at a home that provided us with so much. Loved that you even had a toothbrush emergency kit’! Everything we needed was provided. Thank you Arturo and Amy for a beautiful house. We loved the decorations and the view of the ocean was amazing! . Our trip was way too short and we will surely stay here again in the future.

Dreamy Beach house

Where do I start , from the moment you enter las gaviotas you know you are on a safe and peaceful environment. My family and I enjoyed Franz house , my children played volleyball at the beach, enjoyed the pool and the waves everyday. Comfort is a must for me and Franz house and las gaviotas gave me that and more.. we are totally coming back and hopefully in the future be able to own property there.... just a dreamy place with a million dollar view.

Quick vacay

Arturo was very kind and helpful. He provided a bottle of Champaign to help us celebrate the occasion which was much appreciated. Place was clean and well taken care of. The fees are over 100% of the cost per night which was a surprise but this information was shared up front prior to me booking.

The property was very clean and organized. Using the Home Away app through VRBO was extremely helpful. My only disappointment was that, for a house that sleeps six, the kitchen was lacking. There is no oven and the inventory of pots, pans, utensils, etc. was very limited. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay in Casa Franz!

Independence Day in Mexico!

We arrived to Casa Franz and were very impressed with the cleanliness as well as the decor. Everything was very cute, clean, easy to find, and had plenty of room. We stayed for 3 nights during the 4th of July and had a blast! Don't forget to bring your own towels. Some other things to bring if you plan on staying for a few days or have a larger group ( we had a group of 6 adults) would be paper towels, paper plates to avoid dishes, more trash bags. The wifi was easy to access, and the blue tooth stereo system was super nice! we didn't watch any DVDS but everything was laid out clearly and ready to use. The patio had a couple lounge chairs, as well as a table where we at our meals. Super nice place, thank you for the hospitality.

Terrible communication

My friends and I booked Arturo’s place to celebrate my birthday. There were 6 of us so naturally we were taking more than 1 car. My friends got there before us & needed the code to get in. When I texted Arturo for it I got this incredibly rude & uncalled for text back: “NO! You are the primary guest & you are suppose to be the first to enter! No one else. You should have advise me upfront if this wasn’t you plan..” He did end up giving us the code, but it started the trip off on a bad note. The next day we couldn’t turn the shower off so my husband had to shut off the water valve to the house. Arturo couldn’t get a plumber out until the next day, which he did refund a night for, but not until we asked for it. He kept texting & calling & wanting us to be the middle man between him & his plumber, which we didn’t want to take time out of our vacation for, nor was it our responsibility. The place was nice & cute but it really put a damper on our weekend. Also the tennis courts are super close & woke us up every morning. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Comfy, cozy, and clean

Beautiful location. The home was clean and comfortable for our family of six. I think they had the nicest towels of any VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. The host was easy to communicate with and very gracious. Please note that the house doesn’t have an oven, but we were able to cook cinnamon rolls on the balcony bbq and they were delish! Great place!

I had two major careers, as a Sr. Healthcare Executive and now as a retired mortgage banker. I was one of the first homeowners to purchase and build our vacation home. For years, we used it as our get-away for school & vacation breaks with our children who are now grown up. It is a great family retreat and our home is located on the 3rd tier below the Tennis court and we are about 1 1/2 blocks Southeast on Pelicanos-Este from the beach area, for swimming, volleyball or just relaxing.

My wife, Amy & I have taken great pride in outfitting the interior with original art work from local artists in the area. As the viewer of our photos will note and reviews from our past guests, we have not overloaded our wall spaces with too much Art work. Each Art piece is uniquely selected in a placed on to itself so that the wall space around gives it more importance and meaning.
