On the Intracoastal!! Use the kayaks or fishing rods or just relax on the private dock and watch the dolphins swim by while hanging in the new heated/cooled pool. Amenities are plentiful and can host a large family (or TWO). It's an EASY walk to the beach. Beach gear including wagon, chairs, towels, coolers are available for use. BTW, sunsets are incredible!

NOTE: IN-GROUND HEATED/COOLED POOL ADDED in June 2024!!

BEDROOMS. Master bedroom suite with new king bed and luxury bath with soaking tub and shower. 2nd bedroom includes new queen bed. and half bath. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed as well. The 4th bedroom sleeps three (great for kids!). Bonus bedroom (inside 4th BR) has a queen bed and a futon. Full bath adjacent to bedrooms 3 and 4. Smart TV's in every bedroom. Central air. All linens provided.

Chef and Entertainers Kitchen. Cook a gourmet meal on the 8 burner Wolf range while being part of the action with the open floor plan. Kitchen has all new appliances (2 sinks with disposals, fridge with water and ice, microwave, built-in coffee maker, and wine cooler.).

Kitchen Seating. Kitchen peninsula accommodates six (6) people and adjacent dining table holds another six (6). There is a highchair available.

Family room is open to kitchen and has a giant SMART TV and water views.

Decks and Patios. Eat outside on the deck with outdoor dining table and gas grill. Want more shade, There is a large covered patio below with lounge seating. Want more sun? Chill out on the new dock.

Need to do work or Zoom call?? There's an office space with monitor and keyboard for your convenience.

DINING: Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Kooky Coconut (0.4 mi) and 0.6 to 1.0 miles in either direction for restaurants, bars, take-out.

GENERAL: Free WiFi, ALL linens/towels/beach towels, first aid kit, washer/dryer, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, soaps/shampoos, pack n play / high chair.

Great stay! Great time!

Property was great! Kids loved the pool. Having a dock and kayaks was a plus. Even able to kayak around with the dolphins from the dock. About an 8 minute walk to beach. Host communicated quickly and the place was clean upon arrival. No issues. Would definitely go back.

Match Visit

We had a blast! I cannot say enough good things about the property or the owner. Chris was so nice and helpful and went out of his way to make sure we had a nice trip. The house is beautiful and clean and in the perfect location for a beach vacation!

Family vacation

Wonderful home that accommodated our family well. We got to see dolphins in the canal in the morning while drinking coffee. The pool was wonderful. The beach is quick walk away. There are also several shops and restaurants in the vicinity (both walking distance or by car). The only negative thing was that the beds were not very comfortable (very soft mattresses); however, this is because we all prefer harder mattresses. The home is well stocked! Overall, a wonderful vacation stay.

Great home, great location, great hosts

Everything about the stay was excellent. The home is as described with top of the line kitchen Which made eating in and hanging around enjoyable.The hosts were very accessible and responsive to the few small inquiries we had. Ovation was great and the daily visit from the dolphins feeding in the channel was an extra bonus!We would definitely stay here in the future.

High school girl friends get away

We were a group of women celebrating our 70th birthdays. We loved the house! It was just as described on the website. It was very clean and fully stocked with what we needed for our stay. The pool was cold because it’s not heated so we didn’t do more than put our feet in but it was pleasant to sit outside around it. Would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

Our parents treated us to this vacation for Christmas. We really enjoyed the house. Plenty of space for all of us. Wish we could have had one more bathroom (4 teenagers lol). But we had a wonderful time. The kitchen was so spacious and nice to use for family meals. It was my parents, my brother’s family of 4 and my family of 4. 10 in total.

Huge house perfect for family gatherings

The owners were very responsive even though we had no issues. Well maintained big house with an abundance of beds. The kitchen space was awesome and had everything. The owners thought of everything- large living space , beautiful outdoor area on the water. We will be back

Great house!!

House was great for our family of 10. Loved the pool on the hot days and being able see dolphins while setting on the deck was a great added bonus. Communication was great with the owners. Would definitely use again if back in the area.

Good location and pleasant house

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The location is quiet, accessible, and very close to the beach. The owner, Chris, was very attentive. The house is comfortable, the kitchen is new and open with direct views of the water. The house is also well equipped.

The kitchen /living room area was perfect for our family gatherings. We had 9 adults staying in our house, while other family members rented down the street. The outdoor area and set up was perfect for gathering. The pool addition after booking was frosting on the cake!

Perfect location

We had an amazing time at this house. The location is perfect with just a very short walk to the beach. Dolohins swimming daily off the dock. Chris was very friendly and open. There are plenty of places to sleep with a big group. Would recommend this house 100%.

Wow!!!

I used to vacation with my grandparents at this beach when I was young. It was the first time my grandkids had been to Florida and they had a fantastic time. The house was perfect for them.

Great Rental!

The hosts were great and very communicative. It was a wonderful house for all of my out of state family to stay while in town for my wedding. Excellent location! Kitchen is AMAZING! My dream kitchen for sure!

Our Stay at Indian Rocks beach

Chris was very communicative about the property, check-in and out, and even purchased beach games for us to try out after we asked if he had any. The property was in a great location to the beach and trolley lines to take you up and down the coast. The house provided plenty of space and amenities for 12 adults! If we ever are back in the area, we'll be checking if this property is available for sure!!

Paradise in Florida

We had a group of 8 staying at the house for an event in Tampa at Tropicana Field. We wanted to be close to the event but also close to the beach. This house was perfect. Communication with the host was exceptional. I appreciated the information obtained about local places. Definitely recommend for a family or group. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your home and the Florida weather.

Best Weekend

The communication was great from the beginning. The house was absolutely beautiful and newly renovated. A safe great neighborhood , with easy beach access a few min away. Plenty of space to enjoy a vacation. Tons of beach, fishing, and supplies for a beach weekend. The kitchen was perfect. Will be staying again. Thank you to the owners for great communication too.

Family gathering

Great location, lots of space to accommodate multiple family members, on water for fishing and kayaking, short walk to beautiful beach. Downsides: upstairs shower broken and also leaked through to floor below so we were left with one shower for 9 people, and one sink in master bedroom wasn’t functioning (hopefully things will be fixed for your stay); have to climb full flight of stairs to get to first floor, which is not what we expected for disabled family member; most beds had too soft mattresses.
