Welcome to our beautiful Alii Cove Townhome! This Gated Community is located on Alii Drive across the street from Hon'ls Beach and a five minute walk to the Village of Kailua-Kona, where you will find numerous restaurants, shopping, entertainment and other activities. For those who seek adventure while on vacation there are endless opportunities (paddle-boarding, snorkeling, surfing, para-sailing, zip-lining), the nearest within two minutes. Also located in the resort like Alii Cove Complex are the well-maintained - Pool, Jacuzzi, Keiki (children) Pool, BBQ Facilities and Fitness Center.

This Townhome is beautiful decorated. Very luxurious bedding, and fine furnishing, however still comfortable with a Hawaiian twist. There are three bedrooms and three bathroom The Townhome features tile flooring on the main level, a Large Lanai off the Living Room, as well as a Large Lanai off the Master Suite with an AMAZING ocean view. The condo has beach essentials including a cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. Beach towels are provided. Enjoy Air Conditioning, in unit Washer/Dryer, and Wi-Fi/Cable

The Kailua-Kona Coast has the most colorful and spectacular pink, lavender, and orange sunsets in Hawaii. Maybe you'll be lucky and spot the famous 'Green Flash” at sunset, as the sun dips behind the horizon. You can watch the incredible Kona sunsets right from one of the decks or the lanai, as well as the cruise ships, para-sailing, whales and dolphins.

The Kailua-Kona Historical Village is short walk from Alii Cove. The Village is very quaint, with lots of charm and good shopping right along the water's edge. Some of the activities you can find in the Village and nearby are: beaches, luau's, farmer's markets, art galleries, jewelry shops, restaurants, boating, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, boogie boarding, and deep sea fishing
Just about every water sport you can think of! There are also several great golf courses nearby. There is so much to do to stay active, or you can do nothing and just lounge on the beach or by the pool!

Great property and location, terrible property management, still recommend though

The location and the property itself is great. My family had 1 month remote work/study trip to Big Island, and enjoy the convenience of this gated community. Not far from town center, but far enough to escape the crowd. The property itself is great. The only improvement would be a better set of cutlery in the kitchen. The knives are dull. I think it's important because vacation rentals are advertised to be 30 day minimum stay. A well equipped kitchen is really a must. The property management is the only low light of my stay. They provided 3 garbage bags and ask me to buy them. Not a big deal, but seriously? No dishwasher detergent as well. Communication is very slow, and most things resulted in "we don't provide it" or "it's just a starter kit". It's not how most good vacation rentals hosts would handle it. I forgot a piece of luggage worth ~$50. And they claim they didn't see it. How is it possible? $50 is not a big deal, but all these things added up and the experience is really bad with the management people. I suggest the property owner change the management company.

Excellent, well thought, rental

This as one of the best rental houses I have had the pleasure to rent. The cooking equipment included everything we needed and then a little more. Perfect family rental with lots of extra room, games and closets full of beach toys for adults and children alike. They have thought of everything you might need and then put it in the first place you would look. Perfect house with absolutely matching the pictures!

Great location - close to everything we needed. Beautiful condo that had all that we needed! .

Couldn’t have asked for more. Everything we required was there. Great to sit out on the lani with a coffee in the morning and a cocktail at night watching the gorgeous sunsets. Hope to stay here again when we return. Highly recommended!!

Holiday in Paradise

This vacation rental is your home away from home, but in Beautiful Hawaii! Spacious layout for a family vacation or girls getaway, with lots of room to spread out and relax. Lovely outdoor spaces with comfortable furniture. Large kitchen with upgraded kitchen appliances, and care taken with the interior furnishings. Would recommend to all of our friends ! We are so grateful for being able to spend time there and just relax. Can't wait to go there again for a longer period of time, the sunsets are divine!

Experience Paradise in This Beautiful Alii Cove Townhome

Absolutely gorgeous! Our stay in Kailua-Kona was exceptional based on the accommodations. The condo is immaculate and exquisitely furnished, having everything you might need or want while on your vacation, making our stay absolutely perfect. We loved to sit out on the master suite lanai for breakfast to enjoy the beautiful ocean view, and our favorite part of the day was always spent soaking in the breathtaking Hawaiian sunsets over dinner from the main lanai. We loved the location of this property. It was the perfect walking distance to Kailua Village and all of the popular restaurants, shops and farmers market. We took our infant son for stroller walks every morning along the water’s edge, often stopping at Honl’s White Sand Beach, and every evening to enjoy the local culture and cuisine. When we weren’t out sightseeing, we were enjoying the outstanding weather splashing around at the complex’s large pool and Keiki (kiddies) pool. This property is perfect for families and friends of all ages and truly made our Hawaiian vacation dreams come true! We highly recommend it and can hardly wait to go back!

Amazing Accomodation and Location

We have stayed at this location twice, and I would go back again in a heartbeat. We love this place. The Unit is new, very well maintained and has everything you could possibly need. It has 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, living room and dinning room and a great deck with a view of the ocean. It is a true home away from home. The property has its own pool (great for the kids) and the ocean is literally a 5 minute walk down the hill. It is located at the end of the main strip, so very easy to walk to all of the restaurants and shops. It is close to everything in downtown Kona. Honestly, you really couldn't ask for more in terms of location and quality of the unit. Can't wait to go back!
