Inside, the bright open-concept living area creates a comfortable place to relax after a day at the beach. Additional separate amenities are located across the street and include another outdoor pool, tennis courts, a fishing pier, and a picnic area with charcoal grills. A traffic light at the pedestrian crosswalk ensures safe and easy movement between both sides of the property.
